I tried to signup for 512RAM plan.

I got the error “The promotion code you entered has been applied to your cart but no items qualify for the discount yet – please check the promotion terms”

but the price is still showing 4.99$

    Hi Julian,

I don’t know you are there are not. My tickets are open for more than a month and getting close automatically.

If you are changing the payment gateway you can alert the customer, instead of that asking to pay for the second time which is not good.

I have paid the invoice with paypal subscription which completed automatically to more-free889@hotmail.com (A&X IT Solutions). But later i received overdue notice.

while checking, payment gateway has been changed to 2checkout. no-one honored my ticket.
i have been forced to pay for second time with your new gateway to keep my services online.

there is no guarantee you would keep this gateway for the next payment. its too uncertain and worst support.
changing the vps is time consuming task for me but no choice. bye.

We have been using their VPS since a few months, and I even added another server just a few weeks ago. But out of the blue, they suspended one server. I opened a ticket and they send some network logs, with very vague claims, nothing specific at all, some connections to port 443 and 80. This has been going on for 2 weeks now with somewhere like 20 messages. Sometimes no response for several days. Server is still suspended. We use all servers the same way, its just a SSH proxy, used for browsing the web. There is no apache, email, smtp running at all. So far, always way below the bandwidth limit and pretty much no CPU usage. I have opened a paypal case now, because this is going nowhere. We do use other providers and so far did not have such issues at all in the past 12 months, even with the cheapest VPS.
