I would not recommend these people, takes forever to answer tickets, had to file a claim with cc company when they refused to refund, they never answered them either, setup of server took 2 days..if you choose them, hope you have better luck than i did..

I’m running Server 2016 with PNZhost. Just message support with a direct link to an ISO and they will mount it in SolusVM for you.

I’ve had service since July and service has been pretty good. Only other VPS provider with similar specs that I have used is Hiformance, and PNZhost speeds when connecting via RDP are considerably better. Which is interesting because I think they are (were) in the same datacenter. Ticket response time was about 2 hours as of a few months ago, but looks like you may have to wait a few days as of right now :/

3+ days into provisioning for the 2GB KVM instance. Opened a ticket, 18ish hours to respond. Provisioning still pending… Not a good sign

Horrible Horrible company. Very slow to respond to tickets. I have yet to receive a working VPS from them after ordering from days ago. They do not respond directly to complaints instead ignore the things you say and waste your time. My only resolution at this point is to open a dispute against them to see if I can get my money back.

Wish I has listened to the other reviews before trying their service.

I just had a bad experience with them as well. Bought a VPS and there is no internet access, even though I can ping w/in the LAN. It seems that the interfaces are setup correctly, but even pinging 8.8.8.8 dies. I asked for a refund and then got nothing from them.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting PnZHost. We do not offer refunds as per our Terms of Service which you agreed to: https://www.pnzhost.com/terms-of-service.html

Please note that special promotions and discounted packages are not eligible for refund.

On 01-11-2019 I ordered the 6GB KVM VPS LEB special. The server was provisioned immediately with no delay. I also created a ticket that I marked as “low” priority for the free upgrade to 1 Gbps and they answered and completed the task in about an hour. It is unfortunate others experienced problems. So far I am quite satisfied with the service provided and will update my post should I experience anything negative.
