Is there a backup plan for this cPanel ? Reseller #2

    November 12, 2018 @ 10:22 pm | Reply
    • You can generate and download backups within the cPanel control panel. We can also restore backup files for you upon request.

    What’s your WHM license cost?

    November 12, 2018 @ 11:02 pm | Reply
    • WHM is included with our Reseller Hosting plans.

For VPS servers, you can add a cPanel/WHM license for $14 per month.

Very good performance and the speed of their reseller servers A+,
The only problem is they have only one person to respond to every ticket and he doesn’t seem to have any skills,
I ordered 15 hours ago and I can’t login or use the service for 12+ hours now because he doesn’t know how to update my reseller’s username in WHM/WHMCS,
    https://prnt.sc/lir2uq
I will let you know what happens next.

As said before, their performance is very fast, But the support is the worst ever,
He stopped responding to my ticket since 4 hours now and finally responding with the same message again asking for what to do?
I opened a dispute with paypal to get a refund because they seem to be offline all the time and don’t even respond to tickets,
      Buyers be aware.

Finally, the problem has been resolved.

      November 15, 2018 @ 6:03 pm | Reply
    • Thanks for the kind words Mohammed! If you get me a ticket ID I can check what’s going on (if not already fully resolved).

At the moment, I do not see any unresolved tickets in our queue. We usually answer and solve them pretty quickly and stay on top of them.

      Thank you, Jared

        Another problem today!
It looks like they have assigned my reseller’s IP address to another customer!!!
And the support is ignoring my ticket again and as usual!

My service got suspended today without any warning!!
The reason is that it’s over due payment!!!
But guess what? I’ve already PAID before ordering!!!
Here is the PayPal transaction : https://prnt.sc/lj2xxv
And the service suspension reason : https://prnt.sc/lj304c
I opened a ticket and no one is responding!!!
      IT’S A BIG SCAM!!!
BUYERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS !!

        Everything is working fine now,
It was an automation problem as they said and the problem got resolved,
        The performance is decent!
        Good luck with sales.

Maybe some mistake in the billing system.

But the service was running fine ?

        November 16, 2018 @ 11:04 am | Reply
      • Well, you can’t really expect service to be active if you did not pay for it legitimately, can you?
Your service was automatically suspended by WHMCS as your payment was either fraudulent or you decided to open up a PayPal claim/dispute for whatever reason.

See https://blog.whmcs.com/128118/feature-spotlight-automated-payment-dispute-handling for more details. WHMCS is the billing system that we use, among with thousands of other hosting providers.

    • In actuality, it loads fine. We do throttle ICMP packets on our own website (NOT on client services), so at times certain monitoring services may trigger false positives :)

    Hi,
Interested in buying Reseller#3 package, just want to check if I can send/receive email using your email servers (your IPs are not blacklisted).

Had a terrible experience last year with a provider (as they don’t support Email on shared and reseller accounts, can’t email forwarding doesn’t work due to their IPs blacklisted) and had to move all cPanel clients to another host. Please confirm.

    Thanks
    Hafan

Great pricing, easy to pay and instant setup. However if Bitcoin is the only payment method I doubt the reliability. It’s a registered company? I’m afraid I put all my websites and email with them and then they go offline..

        Negative, no PayPal.

        Payment Method:
        Bitcoin/LTC/ETH (by CoinPayments)

        However very easy to pay.
