This is the first time we are featuring nanoBit. They are a registered in the UK as ‘IONetwork Limited’ with registration number 08830626. Their WHOIS information is not public, as I am being told that is how .pl works. The WHOIS information on ionetwork.co.uk is visible though. The host nodes have a Intel Core i7-4770 CPU, 32GB of RAM, 2x 2TB hard drives in software RAID-1, and a 1Gbps uplink. While the servers are rented right now, nanoBit may purchase servers themselves in the future and colocate those in the UK. If anyone gives these guys a shot, please share your experiences with us.

PayPal, credit cards through PayPal, and CryptoCurrencies via CoinPayments.net are all accepted as payment methods. The following things are not allowed: spam, DoS attacks, port scanning, TOR exit nodes, currency mining, any @home software, IP spoofing, booter/stresser websites, child pornography, illegal torrenting, and usenet. There’s a 7-day money back guarantee which starts on the date of the first payment. Please read their full Terms of Service [PDF] and Acceptable Use Policy [PDF] before ordering.

I just followed your link to their website. There’s no $3.5 offer there!

Ok I just confirmed the $3.5 offer. I did not enter the promotional code.

This is a pretty nice looking deal, but the available templates are in short supply. I requested an additional template via their support ticketing; we’ll see how that goes…

I have ordered 1GB RAM offer, paid but the activation is not instant. After almost 9 hours, I have opened a ticket asking them how long will it take to activate my VPS.

I will give a feedback here of the results.

    • John:

The ticket response was quick, they run out of IPs. I was promised that it will not take longer than 12 hours for the activation.

Finally, I got my VPS activated.

I also got a credit on my account as a compensation for the inconvenience. All is well, ends well.

Confirmation was sent instantly. Everything was in order. My one comment was the short supply of OS templates.

Their WHOIS information is not public, as I am being told that is how .pl works.

    Try http://www.dns.pl/cgi-bin/en_whois.pl?whois=1&domain=nanobit.pl

The WHOIS-info is the same as of ionetwork.co.uk

Ordered a server directly on the 14th, got it delivered within seconds.

Server is pretty fast! 3 cores, Desktop CPU though.

Was maxing my 50Mbit out. Asked the support to have it upgraded for a small fee, response was within 3 hours.

Network was a bit slow the other day in the evening (300kb/s) but that was only temporarily.

I had purchased one of their plans but had to cancel because they could not set something as basic as PTR records:

Administration does not change PTR record for customers. useless for running a mail server. web console does not allow you to reinstall operating system, has a feature for serial console access which does not work.

good service so far otherwise, but the first above regarding the PTR record is why I will be switching.

CAUTION! Just got done with a Paypal dispute with Nanobit because they deleted my servers 2 days after I paid my bill and then ignored my support tickets. Pawel Mrozinski, their head support “tech”, is VERY rude and took 2 days to reply to my HIGH Priority ticket about the situation. I told them I wanted a refund after they deleted my servers and Pawel Mrozinski told me I would NOT get a refund from them. The only reply I finally got from “IONetwork Limited” (nanobit) on the Paypal dispute was “Ruda pizda” when the gave me my refund. This is after a long line of problems with this “business”. Watch out for random charges, as some links on their site will auto bill you without any warning or indication that it is a “Buy Now” link or even how much they will charge you. Just unprofessional, and immature site design. The owner Alex Jarmoszuk, is no help either. He lets Pawel Mrozinski rudely handle most support tickets. I have no doubts these rude snake oil salesman will come on here and try to smear me as that is just what they do. Regardless… USE CAUTION!!! You have been warned.
