I registered for a VPS and after paying the order it was never provisioned. Support ticket opened but they didn’t reply. Or they don’t work on Sunday and VPS creation isn’t automated or it’s a scam so I would recommend you to take this publication down.

gor a refund, they said the billing was backed up due to long weekend in Canada.

      • Just to clarify a few details here: you purchased the server and it was setup 11 hours later. We then refunded the order per your request. The reasoning was due to billing being backed up due to the long weekend in Canada.

Ordered an LA VPS subscription to be accessed from mainland China. Can (yes) connect to Nodeblade test ip. Cannot (no) connect to the subscription ip. Nodeblade has not (no) responded to support email.

I would have let this go as a 3 dollar experiment (China’s GFW is tough right now, very tough). Nodeblade silence has prompted this post.

How long does it take to activate VPS or respond to support email? Over 24 hours? I don’t think this is acceptable in this industry.

Can someone please provide some feedback on how they have found NodeBlade so far?

    • I ordered a VPS from Nodeblade.. Within 3 days I had to request a refund. The VPS was sluggish.. Kept going offline.. Comparisons with other VPS providers revealed poor connectivity.. I asked for a refund and a refund was issued immediately.

Thanks. I stupidly ordered a KVM VPS and it keeps going offline too. They keep giving me excuses saying it was a node issue and it has been corrected, but it keeps going offline. Time to cancel the server I think.

Beware to anyone wanting to purchase a KVM from NodeBlade.

NodeBlade pretty much have the worst support ever, have been waiting a week for a response to two support tickets, and have also requested a refund. So far… no response whatsoever, and no refund. I can only assume my money is lost and strongly advice against this excuse for a VPS provider.

Really bad support here. They are not responding to tickets, just ordered service doesn’t work. I have a feeling I will be stuck with a chargeback because they won’t respond.

    Hello,

As you are aware, our support response time has been decreased, and general performance of NodeBlade has been subpar. For these reasons, we have decided to close our doors.

Servers will be shutting off throughout the month. Prorata refunds will be available for those who paid quarterly, semi-annually or annually.

    It’s been a pleasure,

    NodeBlade
