what is KVM over IP?

Great question! KVM over IP is a method of accessing your server out-of-band – essentially, you can request a KVM be attached free of charge, and remotely console your server. This is useful if you need to perform maintenance on your server when SSH/RDP is not accessible.
KVM is also useful for installing your own operating system.
I run a VPS at digitalocean, and I have ran my own DNS and Email server at home,
will a need a lot of skill to setup my Dedicated Server..
