QuadraNet is a datacenter which has been operating since 2001. QuadraNet operates its own datacenter facilities with its own network infrastructure (AS8100), equipment and IP space. They started under the brand “OC3 Networks,” OC3 Networks acquired MultiPoint and then a subsidary brand to focus on dedicated servers was started under a brand named PacificRack. All these brands eventually came together merged into one, “QuadraNet.” They are well-known and popular in LowEndBox/LowEndTalk community as they are used by many VPS hosting providers.

By default, these servers are placed on QuadraNet’s standard Los Angeles network mix. QuadraNet is renowned in the hosting industry for its excellent reputation and network to the Chinese market. Something that sets QuadraNet apart is their Asian optimized IPv4 addresses, which can be ordered for a small additional fee while ordering your dedicated server, and costs + $5.00/month only. These Asian optimized addresses are good for a lower latency to Asia, and it’s also useful in that the routing changes are done on the fly on the Asian optimized network to correct any routing irregularities, congestion and other negative effects that Chinese (and some other country’s) ISP’s frequently have.

For those interested, QuadraNet Los Angeles Network consists of the following carriers:
