“We are on a mission to make VPS hosting affordable, easy to use, and transparent. Since day one, we have been on a constant mission to change the VPS hosting industry. Today we are successfully empowering over 1500 customers from all over the world!

Our pricing is simple, flat-rate, and easy to understand. No calculator needed, and there are absolutely zero hidden fees. SupremeVPS was born to be simple & easy to use – and our intuitive platform allows you to deploy in under 60 seconds.”

Will price ever increase or stay the same?

    • Good Morning,

The prices will stay the same. We guarantee that we will not ever raise pricing on any customers, the price we honor today is what we will honor for you for life.

I just wanted to take the time to publicly acknowledge and thank Mike for his efforts in helping my company migrate a few servers over from my last hosting provider, who I will not name out of respect. Mike was not only able to get me set up with a good deal but was able to connect me with his support team which was very helpful in answering the technical related questions I had. I’m all up and running as of this morning, and the performance is much improved.

In a day and age where honest and ethical work is not so acknowledged, I just wanted to take the time to do this and say thank you.

    Sincerely,
    Joseph Bell

SupremeVPS is totally unreliable. My VPS is down every 2 days. Have 9 support tickets so far. They moved one of my VPS to another DC twice. Still constantly goes down! I truly regret I’ve set up 2 Linux VPS’s with them. They refuse to give my money back, even I registered just 15 days ago. Thanks to AMEX, I opened a dispute and got my money back.

Glad you were able to get that resolved. The thing with LEB VPS provider’s is that “YMMV” depending on expectations, package, and sometimes even luck.

I have 3 VPS’s deployed with Supreme VPS (two Linux and one Windows) and so far, no issues for ~ two months and counting now (knock on wood) :P

How often do you ping your servers for availability?

    • Good Morning Dmitry,

I regret to hear about this. If you can provide me with a ticket ID, I would be happy to look into this further.

I’m not going back for sure. 9 support tickets is enough, I wasted too much time.

    • I am also having these issues.

    • Hi Mike,

I got the same issues like the guys above. I had followed with many response or feedback but I did not received the right answer from your team. Here is the ticket ID: 471853. In addition, you said that the support is 24/7, but when I opened a ticket, I need to wait a few hours or maybe a day to received your feedback.

Please take a look and give me your advice.

      Thanks

  5. Completely agree with the previous comment. Totally unreliable. My VPS was down due to very high load (> 50.00) on the server. I opened a ticket and the support person says that it is because of the processes on my VPS and their server cannot have any issue. Ironically, a few days ago, the same issue occurred and another support person just admitted it is the load on the server causing the issue.
Do not fall for the cheap price as you will regret it.

    • Good Morning Scott,

I apologize to hear about this. Typically, the server loads on your VPS are indicative of your actual server’s utilization, so I apologize if there was any ambiguity or confusion in our support person’s response. If you provide me with a ticket number, I can oversee the resolution of this and make sure it’s handled.

Fantastic company, and great deals (more than half of the savings of my last provider!)

My only wish and hope is that they will one day expand to Europe market :)

    • Good Morning Israel,

Thank you for the kind words! We will definitely take in mind your suggested location when planning out our next expansion phase.

Stay away from them. Too many downtimes and their technical support just reponds “everything working fine from our end”. I just had to move to another provider.

Exactly the same experience on my end.
Got refunded promptly, but that’s not how it should be if you’re after a reliable hosting.

Guys, be aware that SupreVPS’s server are HIGHLY unstable at best.
Had a VPS with them and the site was going down daily or at least every couple of days.
I wouldn’t host anything important with them – support couldn’t resolve the issue.
Got a prompt refund but that’s not the issue – all I wanted was a reliable service.

I do not recommend this company. Their VPSs are the worst I’ve ever had.
Really unstable, very slow CPUs. My website (with very low traffic) is often down.
My server goes unresponsive and it reboots without any reason ALMOST EVERY DAY.

    Do not waste your money
