Michael from SupremeVPS submitted their very first ever offer to LowEndBox today. They are offering OpenVZ and KVM based services out of Los Angeles and have some nice deals for us!

Their WHOIS is public, and you can find their ToS/Legal Docs here. They accept PayPal, Credit Cards, Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum as payment.

Here’s what they had to say:

“We are on a mission to make VPS hosting affordable, easy to use, and transparent. Since day one, we have been on a constant mission to change the VPS hosting industry. Having experienced it ourselves, we have found VPS hosting to be rather tedious with hidden fees, upsells, poor support, etc. – and SupremeVPS was born to change that and to set a new standard – a high standard, for that matter. Today we are successfully empowering over 1500 customers from all over the world!

Our pricing is simple, flat-rate, and easy to understand. No calculator needed, and there are absolutely zero hidden fees. SupremeVPS was born to be simple & easy to use – and our intuitive platform allows you to deploy in under 60 seconds.”

        Hello,

Does that include the IPsec module, or is it simply tap/tun? I’d buy right now if you could verify Strongswan would work in the container :P

        Thanks!

The last Windows VPS deal caught my eye. It was instantly activated after ordering.

I can confirm the specifications are what they advertise, and performance feels pretty quick overall. Good initial experience, but I’ll update as I go along.

    Thanks guys & gals!

Yes, that is correct. We are running Samsung 860 SSD’s within our servers – which we’ve found to be the most reliable in our testing. I have no doubt you’ll be satisfied with our speeds!

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

“1.2.3.2. A “Reasonable Use” policy will also apply to data traffic on VPS Services. For VPS Services, this means that if your use of the Web Hosting Services regularly generates more traffic than is customary for similarly situated customers, we may require you to modify your use of the VPS Services so that they no longer exceed this standard.”

What is said limit, since it’s clearly not the bandwidth advertised in any of your offers? Thanks

    July 11, 2018 @ 10:45 am | Reply
    • Good Morning George,

I’ve clarified that portion in the TOS now, and I do apologize about the ambiguity. I will clarify that the offers in this post are monthly bandwidth allocations and do reset every month =)

1.2.3.1. Virtual Private Server Services (VPS Services) have a set bandwidth allocation applicable to each Service as set out during the Ordering Process. If in any calendar month you obtain any bandwidth usage over that basic allocation, then your server will be temporarily suspended until the next billing cycle. You can also upgrade your bandwidth at any time by contacting our Sales Department.

1.2.3.3. Unused bandwidth may not be carried over from month-to-month.

    – Is IPv6 available on the nodes?

    – What’s your CPU usage policy?

    July 12, 2018 @ 11:59 pm | Reply
    • Good Evening AJ,

We are working on implementing native IPv6 support across our entire network at the moment. Once this is available, we will be happy to allocate this to existing and new clients at no extra charge! We allow legal torrent usage on our Windows VPS plans and our CPU usage policy is simply fair share =)

      Have a great weekend ahead!

No, they’ll suspend you randomly and keep your money a few months into the service. Don’t bother, get a real host.

Looking for the KVM Equivalent of your “Linux 1.5 GB” offering. Can you offer such a solution and pricing?

SupremeVPS is totally unreliable. My VPS is down every 2 days. Have 9 support tickets so far. They moved one of my VPS to another DC twice. Still constantly goes down! I truly regret I’ve set up 2 Linux VPS’s with them. They refuse to give my money back, even I registered just 15 days ago.

Sad to say that having hosted my website on the 3gb VPS for a couple of months the downtime is just too much.

I will still use the VPS as a cheap VPN, but have moved my websites elsewhere.

This is worst VPS I ever had experience with. Wish I read this comments before ordering two 8GB Linux SSD VPS. 4 tickets in five days, servers go down to whatever reason each day. Moved to my old VPS provider, filled claim with PayPal and hope they will take my side. Have all the evidence that this service absolutely unreliable (Tickets, emails graph stats etc).

Do either the OpenVZ or KVM linux systems have the option for 1 or 2 snapshot images of the VPS for backup purposes?

This service is unreliable. I was recently informed through a fairly poor ticket exchange that my VPS and all associated data were lost without cause. Will be canceling immediately.
