Here’s what they had to say:

“We are on a mission to make VPS hosting affordable, easy to use, and transparent. Since day one, we have been on a constant mission to change the VPS hosting industry. Having experienced it ourselves, we have found VPS hosting to be rather tedious with hidden fees, upsells, poor support, etc. – and SupremeVPS was born to change that and to set a new standard – a high standard, for that matter. Today we are successfully empowering over 1500 customers from all over the world!

Our pricing is simple, flat-rate, and easy to understand. No calculator needed, and there are absolutely zero hidden fees. SupremeVPS was born to be simple & easy to use – and our intuitive platform allows you to deploy in under 60 seconds.”

Wish there was a monthly option! It’s easier to swallow, but I understand the yearly method.

SupremeVPS is totally unreliable. My VPS is down every 2 days. Have 9 support tickets so far. They moved one of my VPS to another DC twice. Still constantly goes down! I truly regret I’ve set up 2 Linux VPS’s with them. They refuse to give my money back, even I registered just 15 days ago. Thanks to AMEX, I opened a dispute and got my money back.

Weird. I have a VPS with them in Chicago and another one in Buffalo, No Issues on Either. Uptime on the boxes are great.

Perhaps you were on an unlucky node. Or they didn’t like you. :P Good luck to you.

Supreme VPS are a good bunch. Not perfect but for the price unbeatable, and provides immense value. Stable enough for production related deployments.

The deals are good but I won’t be ordering a vps for a year anymore because a few days ago I had a vps with vpslices but suddenly, after 5 months of good work, it went offline without any response from support team nor possibly for backup, nor web panel working. I’m trying to get a refund from PayPal right now. Anybody had a similar experience where PayPal refunds when you receive a bad vps service?

I highly highly recommend avoiding SupremeVPS. I ordered their VPS pool during black Friday and was only able to provision a VPS in one of the three advertised locations. Since that wasn’t what I signed up for, I filed a refund request within 48 hours (which they advertise as their refund window). Since then (11/25/2018 (08:44)) I still haven’t received my refund resulting in me just now created a case with Paypal. Watch out folks, this company is out to scam you.

Here’s my details in case someone over there want’s to make this right:

    SupremeVPS support ticket number: 550871
    Case ID: PP-D-19458923
    Expected refund amount: $115

Hi, before ask for refund you have tried to solve with their support ? I can’t find any vps pool without issues it’s too hard to believe there is no alternative of some reliable and honest company in the market. too bad

I have three OpenVZ servers on SupremeVPS. At first and at initial configuration, the performance of the servers were very good during non-peak hours only however they turn south during peak hours, which led to frequent outage. I suspected they over-allocated their nodes. After few tickets raised due to recurring slow performance at peak hours, I demanded refund of my payment. The administrators offered to migrate all my three VPS servers to another node host which I acceded. The migration solved my problem. The performance and reliability is now very good. I am happy camper.

Are the KVM VPS Specials you are promoting are they available also for Windows?

Do you have either Windows Server 2016 or Windows Server 2019 available?
