I ordered 10 VPS’s with them. My only complaint is there was no way to place a bulk order, without going to the order link one by one. Slight inconvenience, but at least I only had to do it once.

As far as the actual service is concerned, the performance is above average, and the support ticket response time is decently quick. Very pleased with service so far.

    Thanks,
    Ahmed

Do not order any service from this provider. I had one. It’s a cheap and annual-paid. It just worked about 30+ days and was never working again. And They never answer the ticket. JUST DO NOT ORDER!

I ordered 512MB KVM for 1 year, make payment via Paypal. I can’t connect to my VPS via SSH, nor any ping. Ask them to return payment (#970044).

They sell far more services than server afforded. If you are luck, your service could work, but in poor performance.

I ordered a 3GB KVM. Heads up LEBers: by default, the VPS is provisioned with a 100Mbps port. I upgraded to 1Gbps in the order form for an extra $2 bucks a year. Network speeds are significantly faster and well worth the extra $2 IMO.

Couldn’t agree with you more. Provisioned mine the same way, well worth the couple dollars for the much faster speed.

Using Psychz, do we also get a /64 of IPv6 IPs? I know ColoCrossing doesn’t offer it, but I know Psychz does, curious before ordering.

    Hi,

Just saw that nested virtualization is against your TOS .

Is containerization (lxc, docker) acceptable on those offers?

I asked to move to Colocrossing in LA, CA. They first moved me to Buffalo, then back to LA on Psychz. Hope they can get it right the 3rd time.

If you live in Europe, forget about it. Ping is around 300, ssh responds in several seconds, ping through VPN 800, 50% timeout.

Yes my uptime is terrible, I managed to get a week now at best. Also my 1Gbps port upgrade has vanished and my speed is back to 100Mbps

I’m a customer for a month now. Everything was perfect, no downtime, above average performance. Suddenly yesterday 2/15/19 I couldn’t connect via RDC and also servers IP was unreachable. I was able to connect via VNC through their panel. Opened a ticket around 1pm and they got back to me at 11pm that they are checking on the issue. 12 hours later no response or something. Will leave a more solid review after my experience with this issue.
