    • I just noticed a typo under the OpenVZ Host Node configuration, it should be:

      E3-1270v3
      32GB DDR3
      8 X 1TB SSD
      Hardware RAID10
      1GbpsUplink

Very good deal. Just ordered one to replace one of my old OpenVZ VPS.
Supra, one of their online chat rep, is very helpful and answered all of my questions before I placed my order.

I guess the Network Info is wrong.
Chicago, IL test ip is 192.3.19.3
And the Dallas, TX test ip is 107.173.126.3
I wonder whether the 1G promotion is still available now?
    Thanks a lot.

Thank you for pointing out those errors. We are still continuing to honor the 1G upgrade promotion!

Double memory is that above the listed specs above, (e.g. 2GB->4GB)? If you pick one, are the others reduced by half?

Website is fast and SolusVM control panel is amazing. Allows mounting of iso and changing different drivers. The best feature is the “VNC” option allowing you to control the VM from bios to the system. This allows you to install the OS from iso. Amazing and fast support. If you like lots of options and control I highly recommend HiFormance.

I would like to share my experience with HiFormance, which is not good like you imagine (here is the link to the ticket’s content, https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ZdA__kwUpkasdadptaFKLuzpfvm4h9KW?usp=sharing, i share my story below for easier to understand):

    1. I chose HiFormance based on offer on LEB and good reviews here. I checked HiFormance in many other websites but there is not many data or review on HiFormance (the company is pretty new, when i purchased, their homepage even does not have SSL). Based on the server specs and good reviews in LEB, i decided to try *because they said in their TOS that we can get refund if we buy plan from yearly plan, for the unused month* -> I think we can give a new provider a try.

    2. The VPS i bought (which is $10 / month, i paid yearly so it discount to $109 / year) has I/O issues. I asked support to fix the issue and they said they wait for new server to migrate me to new server (like in the attached image / file for the ticket in https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ZdA__kwUpkasdadptaFKLuzpfvm4h9KW?usp=sharing). The I/O seem to be ok first time, but the ping is too long (~400ms) with timeout and packet loss, so i can not use it for production and let it run freely to test a little more ( in the ticket (, the support person (Kyle) does not even bother to answer me for that (answer just 1/2 of questions))

    3. Some weeks later, i tried to check the VPS again. Now the I/O issues come back and even more severity, the VPS has ramdom reset (when i checked using “top” command, it should says Uptime many days, but when i check it says less than a day. That mean the system is reset but they do not notify me anything)

    4. Even more critical issues are that they updated their TOS, the refund and another benefits of clients, without notify users / clients. That’s mean they does not take care of client’s benefits from their service, they can remove any of client benefits in their TOS and SLA, without any notice to clients. I asked them about that TOS updating issue in ticket (like in attachment https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ZdA__kwUpkasdadptaFKLuzpfvm4h9KW?usp=sharing) and they did not deny it. I said that they should notice clients when they changed their TOS like regular clients. They said they will “take it into consideration”. Buyer Beware that one day, all their promises and term of services may become zero, or all of them will be just for their (HiFormance) benefits.

Update: HiFormance cooperate with me to make the issues resolved now. They show good intention and caring about users now.

@Mods: Because i can not see the edit or remove button on above post, can you please help me to edit / remove above posts so that other users can read most update information? Thanks Mods

    Regards,

    Ken
