Disappointed service. I ordered one but due to their buggy and slow service panel, I paid the invoice through paypal first but it’s been pending for a long time, so I paid that invoice through another payment channel. Then I found I got charge twice for the same order, I contacted them for a refund of the extra charge. But they denied and only agreed to return the extra charge into my account balance. Then I filed a paypal dispute.
Guess what they did? simply stopped the vps. Never mind, just a $7 lesson from this Indian VPS seller.

– If you have made payment twice mistakenly, the second or the other payments or transactions will be added as a credit balance in your account, It will not be refunded.
– G. If you have any questions about a charge on your account, you may reach out to the billing department for assistance. Opening a dispute with your credit card company or initiating a chargeback is a violation of this agreement, and may incur an additional $75 chargeback fee. Also, the related services will be temporarily suspended if not resolved.
As per our TOS above, we have added the second transaction as credit balance in your account already and we have only suspended your service not terminated, also we have not charged you for the chargeback fee which you have initiated. Once, you close the dispute, your service will be resumed.
