David, from OrbitServers, has sent in these great offers for the LowEndBox community with two very cheap annual plans! I had very bad experience with them, their refund policy is not clear and they suspned account if u ask for refund ,not giving refund for valid reasons
You disputed your payment with Paypal before asking for a refund.
As per Policy, all disputed payments are handled through PayPal’s system.
You were told, no less than 7 times, if you wanted an immediate refund we would be happy to do so, provided you closed the dispute. You refused to do so, so the matter was handled via PayPal’s dispute system, which is what you wanted.
For anyone wondering about what our other clients thought of our service, check out the comments in our last post: http://lowendbox.com/blog/orbitservers-4-offers-from-4year-for-a-128mb-openvz-in-buffalo-and-dallas/
I have proof I asked refund first and when u denied I asked paypal
Why couldn’t you just refund him without him closing the dispute makes no sense at all.
Charlie,
We provide a good service, and a very generous and lax refund policy. Chargebacks hurts our standing with PayPal, and when they are unfounded which is generally the case with most chargebacks, we fight them. By accepting liability, or refunding through the chargeback, we are saying that we were at fault for something, which we were not.
We were not at fault, and we have never denied a refund for a service during our 5 day refund grace period. Ever. We provide the services as described, and provide a high level of support for the services, and using chargeback rather than just requesting a refund, is uncalled for. Additionally, as per our terms of service, we will take no billing action, or service requests, while a service is being disputed in PayPal or other payment gateway – unless it is for an overpayment, or other billing mistake.
I just got reply as u dont have refund on vps
Ticket ID: 355804
Hello,
I’m very sorry, but per our ToS we do not offer refunds for VPS.
“Refunds are not applicable for domains, dedicated servers, vps services and service addons.”
u denied refund that’s why I made paypal dispute, later u u suspended service taking my money
is that valid?
Vikram,
My apologies, if you still need a refund please contact us again. The Staff member who denied your refund just got out of training, and misunderstood what service you were using, and pointed you to the wrong Terms of Service. What he copied and pasted to you was the refund policy regarding VPS servers which are included in HUB bundles for Game Hosting.
no irc = no order
Please contact our support department, if you can justify and clarify your IRC needs we may be able to work something out for you. We always do our best to work with our clients.
Cool to see a 6-dollar yearly plan here:)
Thanks!
We love running these specials, it gives people a chance to try out a good service for a low cost.
I have 3 VPS with them (their last special here on LEB) and I’m quite happy.
Did not need their customer service so far, so can’t tell, but the servers are very stable, and that is what is most important to me.
Will order more if they ever add more locations.
Pwnflakes,
Thank you for the review!
We are working on adding locations in Europe and another in the US.
I have a 128mb vps where I host a little blog and I’m very satisfied, everythings work fine, 2 month and no downtime at all so far. Neve needed support.
Thanks for the review Scienceonline! I am glad you are enjoying our service.
can u tell how u done dns setup? I had big issue doing same
Price cheap but 100 mbps port speed not good for SSH Tunneling dan VPN
We have a lot of clients who utilize our smaller VPS servers for a VPN with no issue.
I have a $4 VPS from OrbitServers from the last promotion. I’ve contacted support twice and received professional replies within 5 minutes between each response. All issues were promptly fixed. They might not be as big or well known as other providers, but give them a shot if they fit your requirements.
Elegance,
Thanks for the review – we pride ourselves on our customer service!
Is semi-annually mean $6 for 6 months? imgur.com/FmnSKNv
Hey!
What you linked is if you chose a semi-annual plan with the 128MB VPS, which was actually supposed to be removed and now has.
You should now only have a annual option, at the right price of $6 per year.
Let me know if everything works right when you order now!
Thanks.

Was this a 24 hour sale? The prices listed here are not appearing on the website. For example, the $6/year option is $11/year at the site.
Gigie,
The sale is still going on. You just need to use the coupon codes provided.
guys
there are appreciation comments here for orbit ,but I got bad support, all appreciation comments came only after my comment ,they have fair chance to be fake comments, plz beware from such frauds
Vijay,
http://lowendbox.com/blog/orbitservers-4-offers-from-4year-for-a-128mb-openvz-in-buffalo-and-dallas/
what should I do with this link?
My review isn’t fake, look at My site whois and you won’t find any link between me and orbitservers. I Just written my little experience with them. I can repeat that I ain’t no problem at all so far and my relation with them is that I gave’em 4 dollars and they gave me a vps, nothing else. I even don’t know Who they are. I’m sorry for your problem but I’m just telling my story.
Scienceonline,
Thanks again. Please just ignore that guy, he has nothing better to do.
either refund or activate my service
Vijay,
Your service is still active, if you have misplaced your login credentials, please submit a ticket and we will be happy to resend them.
4$/year to 6$/year. Why do you increase the price. Previous offer was good. Just saying.
they just cancelled services of poor customers like me ,not refunded and selling again
nice earning model
Vijay,
At this point, I am starting to find your trolling more comical than annoying. Regardless, thank’s for bumping our comment count on the thread. It’s appreciated.
at this point everyone is knowing either u r fraud or moron
my user id os_8295 ,do u see any service active there?
because of 1 user u frauded ,u r loosing large cusotmer base here ,its right time u shld refund or make service active
Vijay,
Actually, we’ve sold more servers with this listing than we did our last one, but I am happy that you wish us well. :)
Roni,
We run promotions based on available resources and expenses on our end. The $4 promotion was a great success, as is the current one. After the $4 promotion, we needed to expand the number of machines we are using, as well as cover the cost of additional ipv4 blocks, rather than trying to shove everyone into the existing network.
I think $6 for a 128mb annual plan is still an amazing offer, especially with the level of quality and support we provide. I hope that we can drop the price again the next time we are ready to submit a new offer.
Is OpenVPN allowed?
Yes.
Are .onion sites allowed?
.onion sites generally host or provide access to content that we do not allow on our system (e.g: Kid Porn, Warez, Fraud and Scamming networks) so in almost all cases, this type of site would violate our terms of service and not be allowed.
I have a VPS with them 2mos ago. Server is good and stable. I purchase my 2nd VPS a minute ago.
Instant Activation, then open a Ticket #516868 requesting for tun/tap interface, minutes later, my request was granted.
Great service, fast support at a very low price.
Here’s my test result.

Coupon code does not work – LEB2000
Tom,
I am not seeing an issue with that coupon code, it seems to apply without an issue when I try it.
I grabbed a $4/year promotion on the last offer and while I haven’t put the server to good use yet, it’s been up for 67 days and I’ve seen no downtime, so no complains from me!
Also, for those that are wondering, the $4/year promotion last time only came with 128 MB swap, while the $6/year comes with 256MB. So, there is a difference in specs to match the price increase.
Thanks for the Review RP!
Signed up yesterday and have been very happy and amazed at what you can get for the price. Comments here about system stability are affirming.
Even thinking of buying another VPS in the other data center if that is possible (with the promotion code)!
Only slight wrinkle is that the web frontend said that I could not set a PTR record for my IP.
Jon,
Thanks for the review!
If you drop us a support ticket, we will help you work out any issues you may be having to the best of our ability!
Your $6.00 coupon isn’t working
I just tested the coupon, it is working without an issue.
Hello,
This is only the second VPS I’m purchasing (my first being from DigitalOcean, and I’m very pleased with that) and actually the first time posting on LEB.
I decided to try this provider because the reviews here seemed decent as well as their acceptance of paypal.
I noticed some odd things with this service though, when entering my details to sign-up, at the bottom of the page it says my IP is being logged and shows whats supposed to be my current ip, and to my surprise, it wasn’t actually my Ip, and I’m positive of it and I’m not using a proxy of any kind. Then after submitting those details, instead of being directed to a page to do the paypal transaction, I get an error that “MaxMind” (I suppose an automated fraud system) suspended my service. If I go to my invoices on their website, my $6 invoice was canceled, and if I view my VPS, it is shown to be terminated. I have no idea why I would be flagged as fraudulent, all information I’ve provided is correct and in good standing.
I created a support ticket explaining this, and I will update this post as I receive replies on the ticket.
Is rDNS possible? It seems good the 128mb ovz for a little dns authoritative. Also, is the 256mb burst the same as vSwap?
I ordered more than 10 x 128 MB vps from them, and they works fine. Unfortunately, the order period of $4/month is finished, I must order $6/month for the same service :p.
