Psst

Have something interesting to share with the LowEndBox community? Found a great deal, spotted a flash sale, heard a rumor about a big merger, or stumbled across a cool open-source tool that hosting providers should know about? We want to hear from you.

At LowEndBox, we believe that great content starts with the community. Since 2008, much of what has made this platform unique comes directly from sharp-eyed readers like you—developers testing their first VPS, sysadmins running home labs, indie hosts building on bare metal, and seasoned industry insiders with a pulse on what’s next.

This is your chance to help shape the conversation. Whether it’s a tip-off about a limited-time offer, a controversial industry development, or a clever setup you saw someone share on LowEndTalk, your input helps us stay ahead of the curve, and keeps the community informed, inspired, and a step ahead.

Big or small, tips help us shine a spotlight on what matters most to the global LowEnd ecosystem. If it’s useful, interesting, surprising, or just plain cool… send it in. We want to hear from you!

Who Can Submit a Tip?

Anyone! Whether you’re:

  • Community member who stumbled upon something cool
  • Hosting provider with news to share
  • Former employee with inside knowledge
  • Forum regular who spotted something worthy of the front page
  • YouTuber, blogger, or open source maintainer looking to spotlight your project

If it’s relevant to the LowEndBox audience and falls under our mission, affordable, independent, no-nonsense infrastructure, we want to hear it.

Will My Tip Be Anonymous?

You can absolutely remain anonymous if you wish. Just let us know when submitting your tip.

That said, if you’re comfortable sharing your name or handle (especially if you’re tipping something already public), we’re happy to credit you.

How Do I Submit?

It’s easy! Just email us directly or open a ticket at our Help Desk:

Be sure to include as much of the following as you can:

  • A link to the tip (offer page, news article, forum thread, etc.)
  • A brief explanation of why it matters or why readers would care
  • Any supporting files (screenshots, benchmarks, code snippets)

We may also follow up for clarification or supporting info if needed.

If you’re not sure whether something is tip-worthy, send it anyway! We’d rather hear about something that doesn’t make the cut than miss something that should’ve made the front page.
