HostHatch have been featured three times previously. We last listed HostHatch in January, when they sent in a $7/Month 384MB OpenVZ VPS in the Netherlands & 384MB Xen OnApp VPS in Utah, USA. This time however, these offers are only available in Utah. Yetserday, marked two years in business for HostHatch! According to HostHatch, the main advantage of their cloud VM vs simple VPS is that in case a host server fails, the VM will failover automatically to another spare host server. A few reviews were left which were both positive, more reviews would be appreciated.

HostHatch accept payments via Bank Transfer, Credit Cards and Paypal. Refunds are offered in the first 7 days in case the problem is on their side (such as: downtime, server sided issues, etc). Both deals come with 2 free comodo SSL certificates, up to 5 IPs ($2/IP/mo), free anycast DNS account and 50 GB free CDN bandwidth if paid for an year. For more information, have a read of their Terms of Service and Acceptable Usage Policy.

  4. It’s a pity that storage space is so low. Otherwise 10TB bandwidth would have been really useful.

Ah…it turns out Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is blocking portal.hosthatch.com . They don’t trust your site for some reason.

Additionally, it looks like IPs within 213.163.64.* are on McAfee’s database for distributing Trojans.

        • It is a Hostbill installation. Are you having any issues with other sites that are using Hostbill?

          April 13, 2013 @ 4:25 pm | Reply
        • We are only using 2 IPs from that range (only for our portal) and it is hosted in a different suite of the datacenter than our servers. So the whole range is not ours.
