Some crazy amount of DHCP requests coming in via eth0, from an array of mac addresses.
$75 Engineer fee to announce IP range.

      • I’m not sure who you are. But, we have taken care of every ticket in our helpdesk. We do not turn a blind eye to our clients. If you are the person I think you are. We require justification when a user request additional IP’s and this is required by ARIN justification. You submitted justification that we had questioned and told you we would review and get back to you. I personally had reached out to you via e-mail and stated this to you. We are very prompt on taking care of issues.

    September 29, 2013 @ 3:03 am | Reply
    • We charge an engineering fee if a customer owns there own ARIN block and wants to advertise it over our network because, we have to pay our network engineer and contact all of our upstream providers to announce the block and add it to RADb. The SSD was only offered at that price if it was used as the primary drive. If you keep an eye on our order form you may see inventory pop up if we have any :).

Some LEB mod/admin please clarify if setup fee is allowed here? On general understanding it is not allowed, as it is not on LET.

If someone could re-write LET and LEB rules for better understanding, that would be nice.

Yes, I’m just asking the mods. No intention to harm your offer post at all.
For VPS on LET there’s a clear wording about no setup fee. So far that is my understanding for both VPS and dedis on both LET and LEB. So I’m just curious. :)

        • After reviewing the rules at – http://helpdesk.lowendbox.com/index.php?module=kb&sec=article&artid=4 there’s no mention of anything about not having a setup fee.. I don’t think that $10.00 is that much of a setup fee.

You added the TiNet network, and the network is not as good as before with the Above.net
it used to have only 200+ms with above.net, but now have 400+ms with TiNet.
wish it could be fix soon.

  61. Just reporting back as i purchased this package & have to say great service.
Timothy gives great service. I have been benchmarking server daily just waiting for something for me to moan about but have to say nothing bad yet. Has been all good, i have made the move from my 2 year dedicated server to Zeneva.
If i could make a suggestion would be to have a reboot/cpanel area other than that i am happy.

Having a huge outage ! Been down for 12 hours now. This really does show up how rude and no care Tim has. Very vague and not a single bit of sympathy with what we have to deal with our clients with.

Ive been with Tim since start this post and he has made nothing easy for me at all. Now we have downtime, one biggest Ive ever dealt with, he again offers no real support and very take it or leave it attitude.

A great deal is something, but something that makes a dick of you to your clients is not something Im not going to deal with.

  73. Client:

Be very very careful with these guys. Only one guy who seems to do everything there. Tim Lee. I’ve owned many servers from many hosts and this guy is so hard to deal with. Always gives you quick reply but doesn’t read all the requests and misses heaps. Slow down and do it right. He pushed me for having too many tickets but as per his request it was the only way I could pay. Which he then took money from my c/C he has stored, to then not show evidence he took that money on the invoice… To then need to raise another ticket as accountants hate this. More than once this happened and no a single sorry. And no sorry for the huge 16bour downtime it had!! (Read twitter he is really rude)

Where am I today with them?…. Never had this before. He has changed my monthly billing of this very deal on LEB up to $65 dollars a month. I’ve raised a ticket to get no reply for a week. Now getting over due invoices and have not idea if my data is safe now.

Much more to talk about but I agree with post above, good deal is something but the way Tim works is a real problem. Wish there was other people to talk to there.

I’ll write feedback about my next week on what rectifys this problem. If he tells me to pay $65 now he should be pulled off LEB. I’ll also post on his Facebook and Twitter WHT if this does go bad for other people to know.
