“The strange comments” are some Chinese greeting words to the first uncovered Chinese webhosting provider, not spam.
I need to give you some hints.
PzEA is not the ‘first uncovered Chinese webhosting provider ‘, actually they are the 4th. before this post, NBVPS, LoliHosting, PaulVPS has been listed here.
As to Chinese comments, you may have misunderstood the defination of ‘spam’, what’s the point of shedding puzzling Chinese here? LEB is not FaceBook as @Lucas said, it is not HostLoc as well.
On the other way, maybe we all come here to give Kevin and his team a greeting, but you might destroy their international business in this way, think twice before you make a non-sense comment.

I warmed one of these up today; my VPS was activated immediately on payment and it seems to be working fine. Their email system is a little odd, though; emails come from @vip.pzea.com, which doesn’t have an A record, so my email server is rejecting their messages.
