If you would like to provide proof of your claim, It would be appreciated instead of sitting there making false accusations towards companies. If anything you’re probably another host.

Is it just me or does this look like a ramnode ripoff? I mean the name as well as the website feel like the owner wants to trick people into thinking they are somehow affiliated with ramnode…

By having the word “Node” it means its affiliated with ramnode?

How does this look like ramnode? Because we have a modern responsive design ? We offer more services in a different location, Not to mention we are primarily based as a DDoS Mitigation & Hosting provider oppose to what ramnode offer so I ‘m not understanding where the “the website feel like the owner wants to trick people into thinking they are somehow affiliated with ramnode…” Comes in.

      Hi,
When a Security update such as the bash exploit was released, We were one of the first companies to run a Auto update on our Openvz Machines, and our main nodes. Although were not able to update KVM clients due to the way the virtualization is setup. Also we charge $5 per core.

I signed up almost 48 hours ago.
Had to open a ticket to find out why I was still in pending status. NO ONE answered the support ticket. So I opened one with Sales, they atleast did respond, and informed me the API was currently malfunctioning. I waited almost another day before replying that I still had not received services, and was given the same excuse of the API not working properly, but that I should have my services by that night. Today I’ve responded twice to the ticket, the first time to request a refund. 5 hours later I have not gotten a response.

Sadly it looks like this is going to come down to a paypal dispute.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with any VPS provider.

This is now going on 5 days, 5 refund requests later, still ignoring the fact I want the refund.

Provided me with new VPS details after the 2nd request. IP address assigned is nulled, have done nothing to remedy this, control panel for VNC doesn’t work, password reset doesn’t work.

After the 4th refund request, was threatened with being charged with fraud for doing a paypal dispute against them for not providing me with any services.

This is a warning to everyone who looks at this as to the quality of this company.

This is a reply to myself.

Haste is not always the best of friends.
Services have been provided, and testing the VPS proves it is a very decent service.
After the hell I’ve put them through in the last few days about all of this, and they’re still willing to work with me to get it all resolved is a sign that I was too judgmental and quick to be a hot head about it.

I will reply again after I’ve had the service for some time, being they are willing to keep me is real proof of their quality.

My apologies guys, as I said, haste is not always a friend.
Thank you for making it right.
