Servers are located in Germany. “Stubrud” is a Norwegian “PC Support” business according to the About us page. Well it does not have a great website nor does it actually advertise its hosting service on their home page. I guess it’s not trying to hide the fact that it’s a one man operation (like many providers listed here).
