Haven’t reported a new low end VPS provider for a while — could it be that all the new comers realised that selling virtual server at this price point might not be profitable unless you are already an established player with some infrastructure? Servers are located in Germany. “Stubrud” is a Norwegian “PC Support” business according to the About us page. Well it does not have a great website nor does it actually advertise its hosting service on their home page. I guess it’s not trying to hide the fact that it’s a one man operation (like many providers listed here).
