Imran and yes, you’re most likely right.. same as K-R Networks (www.k-r.tel) don’t look like real company (TelVPS supposed to be part of a most likely fake K-R Networks company).
I wondering if we will ever know how many of those LEB featured companies which come and go so fast are Dann Fry inventions.
Please search California company registry and you will find KR filed for last December by our chair David Nguyen, we are a technology real estate development and infrastructure management company with developments in Los Angeles, St. Paul, and consumer offerings in dedicated server/VPS sector.
The relation to Dann Fry I’m knowledgeable of is that he operated/operates a hosting consulting group whom we hired when initially conceiving TelVPS for design and marketing recommendation. We found the service through ads on VPS forums… is there a history we should know about?

There’s no confusion about anything, our PayPal and other receiving accounts are NOT owned by this individual and are approved business accounts under the name TelVPS / KR Networks. I’m unsure of where your problem originates, although Super-VM has provided that Dann Fry was involved with that company at some point also. I recognize this Alan Jones name as well, probably another part (or same person?) of Dann Fry’s operations.

@Imran Super-VM is no long owner by Dan Fry or Alan. We purchased Super-VM from Alan few months back. It is now operated by India based company and owned by kiran. You have commented that you ordered VPS with us. Are you saying your past experience?
For now we do not see any order with name “Imran”. Open a support ticket and let us know the order number and Paypal Transaction ID.

Daedelus, according to some email signatures, is the company Dann Fry purports to be a part of. I see now it’s probably only a doing-business-as… but how does this associate TelVPS with that company directly? Our website/client portal is setup and hosted by this “company’s” VPS network (for easy access to front-end resources on their end) so it makes sense to me that the sites are on similar IP ranges. ‘Dann Fry’ plays no role in our company management or VPS operations.
I’ll repeat that the management of TelVPS has nothing in common with SuperVM or other hosts featured on this site. Does it seem unlikely to you that there are agencies offering consulting advice to multiple start-up VPS companies? In past years we’ve worked exclusively in datacenter real estate development; we found Dann Fry’s company to assist entering the hosting market at a consumer level. We had network operators and colocated hardware ready, but no good option for deploying a VPS website/support portal. I’m beginning to think it was a bad choice, for all the loose talk flying around here, although they/he has done good work!

I wanted to check out their 24hr trial VPS but after almost 24hrs on pending I still do not have my VPS details. So the 24 hrs will run out even before I get to login to my VPS? Nice!

I apologize for the slow trial service, they are not our first priority to setup (although usually instant). I see we refunded the $0.03 payment and kept your order on the setup queue, in response to your ticket. I hope this is satisfactory, and I urge you to try the VPS when it’s setup!

I’ve tested their trial VPS more than a week ago, my VPS details was received in my Spam Folder. I didn’t noticed it after an hour when Omar emailed me if I received my VPS details (I’m not sure if it was automated or not).
The network is actually fast but I didn’t check the IO though. My trial VPS expired after almost 3 days. Their site went down last week, most likely because of nameserver issues but their nodes was still online during the event

If you look at TelVPS on low end wiki, you’ll see a WHOIS change on 24 March, where “Status” changed from “clientTransferProhibited” to “ok”. So maybe it got sold around then?

Do Not buy from TelVPS, I had good luck from them around Christmas of 2011 until the next month into the new year of January 2012. I was running a InspIRCd based IRC server with Atheme based IRC services, and the server could not stay up for more then 24 hours on it’s bad moments, and to make things more worse, all I was getting in ssh was nothing but such examples of ” /bin/bash: No such file or directory “, etc. They say it was my scripts I had on there services, but I have a feeling it was there infrastructures crapping out as it looks like they oversell, If you are looking for a nice VPS company, try out Inception Hosting that I am currently going to switch to, the person who maybe the owner called ” Anthony Smith ” actively spends time out of his day to reply to comments here, so you can probably see that is good dedication
