We used Albahost for quite a number of years (2015-2019) for service in Tirana. When they began offering service in Pristina in October, 2019 we jumped at the opportunity to offer service in that location again. The server worked for about a month, then went down and never came back. There was no communication regarding the outage, and we never received a response to our outage ticket and after 12 days we gave up. Never heard from them again and we moved our service elsewhere.

Since last time due for earthquake we have had a catastrophic damage in our DC, which we have worked intensively to resolve all the problems. Hey guys! The company is ok? No news since January 20, 2022. I am afraid to extend th service since no tickets and emails are answered. And the phones are silent.
I think the company is gone. Website has gone down, can’t call them and server stopped working since March. Will proceed to cancel.
