      @Igor
      P2P for private use is OK, we have just much cases with illegal P2P traffic (mp3, movies). If you share non copyright related stuff, it OK.

    I would be so all over this company if they had gigabit connections on VPS’es instead of 100 Mbit.

      Hello Rudde,

      we running all vps actually on 1Gbit (shared). If you choose as network chip (Intel) you are able to burst over 100Mbit, there is no cap on 100Mbit, we just don’t advertise it on our website until all nodes are directly connected with 10GigE to our infra.

    Very good guys; I’ve been a happy customer since April 2011, no complaints. Should note I’ve got a vserver VM in Dusseldorf though, not KVM.

    Do not buy a VPS here. I was late on paying my invoice, and my VPS was deleted, but I didn’t realize until after I paid the invoice. This is all my fault. The problem lies in the fact that I havent been able to get ahold of them for over a week.

    They do not have a ticket system, only an email address that they do not reply to. They have social media that they do not respond on. I cant get through at the number on the website.

    They have taken my money, and all i want is a new/recreated vps. Im not asking for anything special. I havent been rude or disrespectful, but they havent given me ANY RESPONSE AT ALL and im starting to get a bit frustrated.

Some notes on commenting on LowEndBox:

  • Do not use LowEndBox for support issues. Go to your hosting provider and issue a ticket there. Coming here saying "my VPS is down, what do I do?!" will only have your comments removed.
