Asura you spent all this money on licenses & forums, along with servers, get a custom design! Even if it sucks at least it isn’t used by all of the rip off companies.
We’ve already made plans for hiring a webdesigner in the near future; this current design isn’t bad at all, just too many people have used it.

Just because they’re advertising on Hack Forums, that doesn’t make them a bad host.
“From” is harsh, as we do not participate in their discussions nor are active in their community. We use that place just to advertise, same with some of the other areas as well.
This really annoys me… “Hackforums host” = Script kiddie.. NOT REALLY Just leave…

Yes, that is correct. They are both in Kansas City; but separate facilities.

I’ve used them a couple of months. It’s decent. I wish they allowed IRC and that their chat support was online more often.
Otherwise decent. I had an account with payment due on the 28th and it’s offline as of the 26th which is not thrilling, but I don’t really care. I’m about to set up another box with them.
Asura: I know you’re using HostBill now but were you using WHMCS when it got hacked? I can’t remember.
PS Is there a promotional code?
I would not recommend this re-seller due to the staff being rude and providing technically inaccurate information (the latter being acceptable, but leading to the rudeness when their error was pointed out, which is not acceptable). The rates are reasonable but not special. On the up side they do offer a fair selections of distro’s which can be installed quickly.
