Johnston, from BlueVM, has sent in these three offers for 66% off. These offers are exclusive to LowEndBox.com and all feature their own panel: Feathur.

Feathur is an Open Source (AGPL V3.0) control panel for OpenVZ and KVM and is available on GitHub. BlueVM Communications LLC are based in Honolulu and are dedicated to offering “low cost, high quality Virtual Private Servers (VPS)”. We have featured BlueVM quite some times since early 2012 and reviews have been mainly positive. After they had enough of SolusVM after numerous security incidents, BlueVM decided to write their own panel. Feathur is the result of that. It’s already in use at BlueVM (and has been for a while) but it is also available to the public and I believe other providers have started using it as well. Their hardware primarily consists of Intel E3-1240 servers (@ 3.4GHz) with 32 GB of RAM and 4 x 1TB or 2TB hard drives in RAID10. A review of their service (which includes Feathur screenshots & serverbear link) can be found here.
BlueVM accept PayPal, Google Checkout and Bitcoin via Bitpay. Due to abuse of their previous refund policy, they no longer offer refunds on their services except in special cases. They provide a 99.99% uptime guarantee and provide service credits if they fail to meet this. According to their website, they undersell (typically they leave 500GB of HDD space free and 2-4GB of ram free). For more information, have a read of their Terms of Service.

Cheap, but my experience isn’t good. Slow support, even up to 2 days for answer, not good uptime and easy user’s VPS stopping.
However to be honest, month by month they are better and it seems they are started caring about marketing. I hope so.
We know we have made some mistakes, but we are working incredibly hard to improve our services. If we wronged you in some way in the past feel free to email me at admin@bluevm.com. I’ll look into the situation and see what we can do to set it right. Obviously we can’t fix everything at once, but we are improving and we do care…
yay, I can c&p nonsense too!
Your service is garbage, your reputation is trash, your pricing, even as low as it is is ridiculous, given your pathetic reputation.
Time to just fade into nothing, customers will never forget
We are improving our service. I understand you aren’t happy, but you aren’t emailing us trying to work things out.
“We are improving our service.”
You have come to the comment section for all of your latest deal postings and continuously claim this. Meanwhile, service is not improving. Support is a joke! It takes two days to get a reply from the lowest tier of support who, unsurprisingly, either don’t know how or are incapable of actually fixing anything. Then when it actually gets forwarded to higher tiers of support you need to way another two days at least, and sometimes as long as a week.
You’ve done a lot wrong, and you need to do so much more to actually improve service. I haven’t seen any of it happen, and am tired of you claiming so.
No Way !
Never again BlueVM.
Support is hardly available and only pass on. No one is responsible.
Node is more offline than online or unreachable.
Overselling at its finest!
Money which they collect, keep and not pay it out. Credit to BlueVM stops and then the money has finally gone.
Saves you money.
P. S.
Sry bad english

You should be emailing us instead of working against us. We care about our customer base.
horrendous ping to buffalo. 300-400ms from manhattan. other sites look ok… 20-80ms
Someone decided it’d be awesome to DDOS s1.ny.bluevm.com. We’ve handled it and ping should be much lower now.
Never this.
No one to response a ticket(even the cancel request I guess), and my bluevm vps is unusable at all.
Could you email me your ticket number? admin[at]bluevm.com I’ll gladly take a look and see what is wrong.
Why are you including a link to a review of their service from October 2013 and completely ignoring all of the negative reviews in recent months when you are completely aware that the majority of recent reviews have been negative ? More than a little dishonest of you Maarten, but I guess ethics don’t come into play for some blog writers and they’ll write anything for a buck.
We do care and we are working to improve our services. I understand your frustration, but we are working with our clients to fix their concerns…
After all these years you still don’t seem to understand how things work, Todd.
Can you explain this a bit, for those of us out of the loop?
Is this implying that you do hide the fact that a provider has received overwhelmingly negative reviews in the last year in order to “sell the deal” and get whatever kickbacks are associated with a LEB posting?
Or are you saying that Todd is off base and confused? Because it kind of feels like the first option to me.
Thanks!
I wrote a poem about BlueVM, I thought you might like to hear it.
BlueVM, oh BlueVM,
I’d never host with you again,
Support so slow, it’s really poor,
It had me headed for the door.
Service up and down, and down and up
Like my dinner after two girls, one cup,
So help yourself and please be smart,
With your cash please do not part,
Or you’ll be saying once again,
“Why on earth did I chose BlueVM?”
I don’t wana know what you do in your spare time lol.
I don’t wana know what you do in your spare time lol.
I wasn’t planning on telling you what I do in my spare time to be honest.
Bit weird, aren’t you.

Another poem:
To show customers you really care,
There’s one approach you should beware,
You must avoid despite your haste,
The same response to cut and paste.
Sometimes the same response is the necessary response.
No,
The NECESSARY response is to fix your shit
We are working on that. We’ve hired new technicians, we’re upgrading our hardware, we’re improving our support times and communication with clients.
lol
I really wish that I read the comments before signing up for this company.
as many other BlueVM ex-clients I only can say that BlueVM service is horrendous, they suspended accounts without warnings and then argument weird reasons as “you are abuse of our network”, in few words BlueVM is a cheap and a bad service.

We are working on improving our services. We’ve hired several new technicians, we’re in the process of starting a massive hardware and software upgrade and we’re improving our client communications.
NO! You are not improving anything! Our node has been down 9 days of the last 30. NY is down right now and it has been over 24 hours with no response to our ticket. Every negative review on here is spot on and your c&p “marketing” is full of sh!t. STAY AWAY from bluevm.com.
Is it just me or does this random avatar look like the middle finger?
I am sorry, but I strongly disagree with the summary at the top that says, “We have featured BlueVM quite some times since early 2012 and reviews have been mainly positive.” I do not understand how anyone could possibly reach that conclusion. The overwhelming majority of posts regarding BlueVM have been negative. Most of them have been complaints regarding complete loss of service for long periods of time (days, weeks), and lack of response to support tickets. Search on WebHostingTalk and LowEndTalk. Buyer beware!
Here is a current thread, active right now:

Here is someone who tried to sell their BlueVM VPS on 9 June 2014, and finally gave up and offered to give it away on 14 October 2014:

I gave away my own BlueVM VPS, then posted this review:

Do you feel lucky?
LEB always do this to the buddy hosts! Bad reviews but still push sells on LEB over and over!
i have 2 kvm vps with blue vm (almost 1 year) and never have any serious problem.
uptime is 98 and 73 days, sometimes i need to restart because my apps get stuck..
‘_’
Glad to hear about your wonderful uptime :)
I would stay away from BlueVM, this is probably the worst company I have dealt with. I don’t know how they continue to stay in business. If you get one good luck, and hope that your VM doesn’t break because it won’t get fixed for a loooonnnggg time.

My VPS got down for week TWO times. I had to buy another VPS from other provider and leave the one of BLUEVM dying… :3 Very BAD experience with BLUEVM. You should rename your service to ZombieVM, your VPS is half living half dead. Lolz.
And memory usage always high even in low traffic time. Same configuration from RamNode shows 1/3 of that RAM. @.@ overselling? I think so. :)

yours only went down twice in a week? lucky you:P
I would be happy if mine had stayed online for twice in a week
I just have to agree with all the bad reviews. Avoid BlueVM at all costs. If you ignore all these warnings you are crazy. Companies need to learn that when they screw people over, there will be repercussions. There’s just too many other options out there. I vowed to do everything I can to warn people about BlueVM.
How many times are you going to copy and paste the same response to every comment here. It’s clear you’ve pissed off too many people, including me. I am surprised LEB even lets you advertise here.
Let us try to fix your issues. I am not copy and pasting the same response to everyone. We do care and we are working to improve our services. If you’d like to have us look into your issues or just want to vent to make sure we fix our services feel free to email admin[at]bluevm.com
Not recommended.Cheap but unstable.
My KVM with them in Buffalo from the last promotion has been rock solid.
My OpenVZ in Zurich had some problems some time ago, but overall it performs like expected.
you would have to be on crack to pick these for hosting.
support 1 out of 10
service 1 out of 10
and thats me being generous
Simply avoid these fnckers, they’re only good for taking your money, you’ll get NOTHING in return.
It doesn’t get any worse than BlueVM.
I am a user of BlueVM (BLUE2 – Atlanta, Georgia) for eight months. Good service. Uptime +99%. This running apache server (with ssl).
Support:
//Ticket #433485: DDos server down “Should be fixed, it was a DoS.”. I was solved within hours.
//Ticket #296191: There was a suspension, but to be clarified in a few hours is back online. (IPConfig (SMTP) problem (do not send any email) solved reinstalling).
//They respond quickly 12/24 hs. or less.
I had around four VPS with them. On two occasions I asked you move to another node (slow SSH connection). I have also had problems connecting SSH, but with a ticket has been resolved. To have a web server that does not consume a lot memory I think it’s fine! :)
When the site was down the problem with the dns / Namecheap. (they refunded the money for the month ($2,25(*)). That is honest. Thank you.).
Thank you very much for your services.
Greetings from Buenos Aires, Johnston.
Sergio.

Shit service, my VPS with them was down for over a month.
Just wait until you see the autoreply bot, a demo of it in action is right on this post!
We removed the auto-reply which bumped tickets containing the words ‘down’, ‘offline’, etc… as clients did not like it. We are working to improve our services. If you’d like me to see what we can do to change your mind feel free to email me at admin[at]bluevm.com
Yeah no
You want to build your rep up? You start by adding MONTHLY services at reasonable cost, not forcing people into a quarterly contract. Only an idiot would buy services from you at these rates given your ‘stellar’ reputation
Do you still offer Zurich?
you want them to provide you vps from zurich?
Use colocrossing buffalo it is pretty much zurich
We do. Feel free to email me at admin[at]bluevm.com and I’ll add one to your account.
Be wary. My vps was down for over a week at the beginning of this month and my support ticket went unanswered. I finally received a reply after it came back up telling me it was working again. No duh. It’s down again today. I put in a support ticket but I went ahead and bought a box at Crissic, I won’t be renewing my box with BlueVM when it runs out in December. I thought it was a good deal at $50 a year and for most of this year it did run well, although it went down more than it should, but this past month is unacceptable to me.
Bluevm like a shit , vps down over 2 hours just one day .
I laugh when I read “They provide a 99.99% uptime guarantee and provide service credits if they fail to meet this”
lol
Have they not provided you credit during any recent downtime or did you not ask?
Shame on you Maarten for posting an offer like this from a provider that does not respond their costumer tickets. Once again: Shame on you!!!
even if you open ticket for credits, based on their cs quality, maybe you will get your credit on next year…
Or get banned. ;-)
or be blamed for the downtime and get a bill for abuse…
My VPS (KVM) is nearly one year old. First days have been terrible, but then things improved and now it is much better. Maybe not the most reliable VM around, but still good for the price.
Glad to hear you feel we are improving. Feel free to email me anytime at admin[at]bluevm.com
My vps does not work properly and my ticket and e-mail have not answered. I cannot use it. I dont recommend. Think finding another!
Please email me your ticket number; I’ll gladly take a look: admin[at]bluevm.com
The people at BlueVM are nice, but I’m sorry I am not gonna vouch for them.
They recently got hacked and before that my server constantly disconnected.
Don’t go for bluevm!!
I get it, you’re frustrated… but we are working incredibly hard to improve our services. If you email us at admin[at]bluevm.com I will see what we can do to improve your service and improve our relationship with you.
anyone still using them?
NY and Atlanta servers down for one whole day (check the link out for yourselves), no reply to tickets. Yes, they are cheap, but if you are looking for reliability…
http://uptime.bluevm.com/
I have about 10 VMs with them. Support is a bit slow but my servers have great performance for the price and also they only went offline two or three times in a year which is acceptable in my book.
I am getting 4 more VMs from them and see how it turns out.
If you need a cheap, fast VPS this is your option.
Bluevm are sadly the worst VPS host i have ever encountered.
My VPs has been down every time i have needed it, or goes offline within hours of using it.
I put in a high level importance ticket… only took them 8 days to reply…
Network problems since 10/15/2014.
BlueVM never more!
My current BlueVM instance has been down for at least 4 days now…
When I originally signed up BlueVM admin was not https protected, it is now. The admin pages have been overhauled too, but can’t say if its better or worse. Shame about the uptime.
I will be choosing a new VPS plan from the latest lowendbox top provider poll.
They actually have the nerve to show no current issues on this page:
http://uptime.bluevm.com/
Yet in the admin support ticket page:
My VPS is most definitely down!
It says Buffalo, New York is Offline now… heh!
took 2.55$ quarter service , can not modify password from feathur, took 2 day to resolved and solution is modify password via passwd inside vps! WTF! and now vps service is down for 1 day and ticket not respond for 1day ! these guys are ruin you life, stay away from bluevm
Disregarding all negative reviews, i went to buy their Blue 2 plan, and i regret it. The VPS is down almost every other day ! So bad, they don’t even allow refunds !! If These guys are so serious about getting better, they should have gone better first before posting this offer.
ATTENTION! I can just warn you to buy VPS from BlueVM. The VPS i had with them went offline every like 2-3 days. The support took weeks. Absolutely horrible provider!
Not to dog-pile, but this host is complete trash. VPS is down all the time (it’s been down all day, most of yesterday, etc).
Their support is directed to an IRC channel full of smug ops who decide who gets helped seemingly at random. They’re also fond of telling you the IRC channel isn’t for support, so it’s pretty much useless.
Tickets go unanswered while your VPS is down. If that sounds like your cup of tea, go ahead and throw your money in this soon-to-be-deadpooled provider.
As a follow-up: VPS still down, ticket still unanswered. Since he’s so fond of saying how much they’ve changed, I emailed “admin@bluevm.com” yesterday and haven’t received a response to that either.
Needless to say, this host is on the “do not recommend” list.
Listen to this man. The IRC is a joke. They love to say it’s for “community support”, but the community can rarely provide any support. Instead, you get to watch a bunch of regulars try their best to increase the amount of hot air in the room. Any actual questions gets met with “make a ticket”, and then tickets go without response for days even when BlueVM staff dick around in the IRC.
They can’t fix f** issue 4 days!!!
Down for five days. They should not be accepting new orders.
I’d stay away from them.
– Terrible support. Takes days to reply.
– Frequent downtimes, and completely no updates when the servers are down. They just expect you to wait it out.
Been a customer of these folks for about 4 months so far, a few down times but just recently got my VPS disabled without any warning or anything. I’ve been using my VPS normally ever since I got it day 1 and after 3-4 months my VPS gets disabled without any sort of notification.
On a site note, their customer service needs a lot more improvement, it takes DAYS for them to answer a ticket.
Worst VPS I’ve ever used.
From the beginning, the server’s network was horribly slow, with over 500ms pings. After a couple days of use, my server experienced 15+ hours of complete downtime.
I submitted my first ticket when I first started experiencing the ping issue. It’s been a week with no response. I also submitted a ticket when it went down, and 4 days later, still no response either.
The server seems to be back up, but it is still horribly slow, to the point it is basically unusable.
Unfortunately, I have to agree. I am in the process of moving my services to other providers before my bluevm service renews in November.
I would recommend BlueVM services only for testing, training, or proof-of-concept purposes.
AS follow to just how bad this company has become, their California node went down on 10/27/2014 in the evening. Ticket open on 10/28/2014 #197349. Node is still down, no update to the ticket or their web page on status, and their IRC is crickets.
I have already moved on, but I think this needs to be said as a strong warning.
Mine is down from 15/10 for CA
5 days, still no reply. I’ve emailed, submit a ticket, and even contact their facebook page. Lets hope they dont end up like 123systems.net
What the problems with 123systems.net? I have 3 vps with them and they still run, at least 2 of them :D.
How long have you been with 1233systems?
Almost a year. And about 1 service which was down, I send ticket to them, and around 6 hours later they replied and that vps is up again.
No problem for me at all.
I have BLUE 0.5 server with them for over a year now. I am using it for a non-critical low-end service. All I can say it that this server is down more frequently that my home server on DSL line. Current uptime is up 14 days. I have even paused uptimerobot for it as it’s up&down constantly.
I am staying with them due to low yearly cost and US based IP.
It is however my second worse server provider. The worst one (I’ll not name it here) suspended my box due to CPU abuse after idling box for 2 days :)
Out of stock :(
I see a lot of negative reviews but here is my opinion.
I have been using BlueVM for just over a year now, having just renewed for my second Year.
I have a Blue2 and a Blue3 and can honestly say i am Very happy with the service. I have only had to open two tickets in this time. Both were answered and resolved within 24 hours. My service was only interrupted once and this was quickly resolved. Uptime has been no issue for me.
The new feathur Control panel makes managing and viewing my usage really easy.
I cant speak for the issues anyone else has had but I will continue to use them and am even considering a Blue4 as soon as more become availiable
BULLL SHIT FYI … my vps is down again for 4th time in a day
I would have spouted about how awesome they were….. two weeks ago, but my VPS has been down for that long. YES TWO WEEKS. i opened a ticket but they were “having upstream provider issues yadda yadda.” the price is good, because i got in on a deal, but i might pay more for reliability. who has a service interruption for TWO WEEKS?
i work with service providers all the time. bluevm must be serious amateurs to be left in the dark for two weeks. methinks it’s a bluevm problem, not a third party/service provider.
I would also like to add that ColoCrossing LA (where my VPS is located) have a 100% uptime guarantee for Network. Why are they still blaming the “upstream provider”?
We must have lost our VMs at the same time. I haven’t *noticed* much downtime in the past (I only login once a week or so), and the responses to tickets have been relatively fast- even my questions about this outage. I wouldn’t have minded a day or two, but more than two weeks, that’s obviously a deal breaker. Need to look for another deal, maybe pay a bit more.
My VPS is also down for a almost a month, blueVM sucks and poor attitude. They are not responsible and keep asking people wait..
After a month, they have no estimated date to fix. I am very disappointed with this company.
It is so ridiculous that server is down for a month without any update.
I can’t see anything they did.
My feedack regarding their support :
my VPS down for 4 days, ticket submitted 4 days back, no response on ticket, when i contacted via IRC, the so called DANIEL is saying “YOU ARE SO FAR IN GLOBAL QUEUE”.
MEANS support is so amazing that tickets are unanswered even in 4days, and still they say you are so far to be responded to your ticket.
i hope new people will take care of their support being so ……
Agree.Daniel is so rude and said he is not his business..he knows nothing..
Bad attitude.
BAD bluevm
BAD support
BAD uptime
BAD staff
Horrible company.. STAY CLEAR!!!
`nuff said!
I got a VPS from blue as soon as I saw this and it has been down since I ordered it. I put in a ticket to asked when it was going to be fixed because its been 2-3 weeks now and I pretty much had support telling me that it was my fault that my IP couldn’t connect to my VPS even though they acknowledge that they are having issues routing IP’s. I like to give all VPS companies a fair shot if they got some decent prices but BlueVM has to be the worst provider I have ever used. Awesome that they have a no refund policy.
My VPS has been down for a week. They don’t respond to the support tickets, there twitter and facebook has not been updated for months, there just does not seem to be anyone there. I just renewed for a year. Big mistake.
Do not trust these guys. “They provide a 99.99% uptime guarantee and provide service credits if they fail to meet this.”
Here’s my uptime… barely 98%. These things consistently crash and have terrible loads
System startups: 9 since 16:40:19 24-Jun-2014
Average uptime: 14 days, 16 hours, 35 minutes, and 41 seconds
Current uptime: 4 minutes and 36 seconds since 00:46:10 06-Nov-2014
Uptime rate: 98.39327 %
System time: 132 days, 5 hours, 21 minutes, and 15 seconds
can i running a torrent client (like transmission) on your server?
BAD bluevm
BAD support
BAD uptime
BAD staff
Horrible company.. STAY CLEAR!!!
`nuff said!
Totally agree, avoid these people at all costs.
One of my boxes with them has been good. The other has had random connectivity issues which I’ve shown to them in monitoring screenshots but they say they don’t see anything wring and close the ticket. Well it sure as hell isn’t me. Rebooting doesn’t help, so the only thing left is the provider. Fix your customer problems or they go elsewhere. It’s almost like their motto is rope the folks in on a cheap plan then get them to leave by providing shitty service. Rinse and repeat and you have a business model until you piss everyone off.
Totally bad company. Bluevm scam. My vps is continuously and randomly down. Open ticket since last 48 hours. Seems not to care. Stay away from bluevm. Suckers.
FYI, my node at S7 KVM CA was totally down for a month. They only asked customers to be patient and there is no estimated date or any progress update.
So what do you think about this company ?
S24-CA has been down for a couple of days too. They going bankrupt ?
S24-CA still down with no updates. What the hell
They broke their own control panel and aren’t even smart enough to revert the production instance which still contains the bug: https://github.com/BlueVM/Feathur/issues/94
I had to delete my previous comment about them because I went a bit to far. I gave them 4 Months. I wish them the best to say the least. They need a lot of work. I am happy elsewhere.
Damn, my VPS is down for few days and no answer to ticket. Feathur says it can’t connect to node host, seems they have big problems. As usual. It’s top10 the worst hostings I ever tried, and I’ve tried more than hundreds.
And my VPS down for 3 days and no response on ticket. BLUE4 – 2048 MB – BLUE4 – Atlanta, Georgia
My VPS is located in California.
Mine as well.. Created a ticket the other day and still no repsonse.
I can get to feathur.. But i am not able to start the vps or do anything with it.. It has been down for around 3-4 days now.. Not really good..
Their Dallas server is totally OFF now (2014, Dec, 23) from at least 24 hours and they don’t even answer to tickets. No sign of life from them. Nothing at all.
It seems they solved the problems on the Dallas server. They have now the Chicago server off.
My VPS is also down again , i think that the past 30 days the vps was up only 3~4 days with ping responses from 800ms to 3000ms. I created a ticket again , no response yet.
After how many days do the usually respond?
I am very disapointed.
Their price’s are mad cheap stop complaining PEOPLES you get what you pay for GOSH!!!! ….
if you want reliability go pay $40 per month for 2 GB ram vps might of fact go to mediatemple.net
its the most expensive web-host with ZERO uptime you’ll be paying like $100 per month for a vps there with only 1 GB ram … i hope everyone is happy now
My mistake i was meaning to say “with ZERO down-time” in the above message … not zero up-time
I had a few BLUE 0.5 servers. Their performance was poor. iptables modules randomly didn’t load (ie, no firewall would load). Lots of down-time. Support was bad. I gave up and cancelled all of them.
71.29% uptime: http://i.imgur.com/FowF9bS.png
Oh, and don’t forget to check out ping. Anywhere from 300ms (if you are lucky) to 1600ms.
3 weeks now , i cannot only ping the vps and cannot connect through ssh and no other service is accessible. The feathur panel after 5 to 10 minutes of loading , reports 0% cpu , 0% ram , 0% disk usage , 0% swap but 10% of bandwidth used this month ( an offline vps consumed bandwidth , awesome!) , it also reports that is a win2012 server although is debian. I cannot restart the vps , or shut it down.
I wont issue a ticket again , i am tired waiting weeks for their responses.
Only their payment mail notifications seems to work, today i received an email to pay an invoice for another year and i am not going to continue using their services.
As some people said before, what you pay is what you get ,their services are to cheap to be good.
I bought 2G and 1G OpenVZ at March 2014.
Sorry, I don’t know exact downtime. But I can tell none of their Uptime over a week. (Yes, it seems they are rebooting every 3~4 days)
Yes, yes… it may be possible if I installed something weird(?) packages, etc. BlueVM support was helpless as you might already know. (sigh)
Since I noticed its frequent rebooting, I moved to AWS (Free Micro Instance) and “Rebuild” them with FRESH Debian 7 at May 2014. (Imagine if your VPS reboot every 3~4days and don’t know how long it was down.)
With these fresh installed VPS, I have used for NOTHING until now. Today I accessed again, and saw “uptime” is 2 minutes….lol
I felt SSH speed is very slow… so did bench and result is below.

I have the cheapest server (7.5$ a year) with them. In past 14 days I had 2 major downtimes (35 and 64 hours). Server goes up&down several times a week just for fun. Support says we are trying to restore our node.
I have cheap “BLUE2” $12/year with them. In past 8 months my VPS never has uptime more than a week.
Now it is down for 72 hours and support closes tickets for no reason.
Avoid this hoster.
Please up your support other then i dont think if blue vm will alive after few month it will become history bad history
my main site is down i also submitted email to your provided admin mail but no luck
Don’t buy anything from them, I had 2 VPS on blueVM, my two VM are down since 1 month, no reply, just wait please…
It’s the worst hosting compagny I’ve used.
Bought one vps on their site, 5 days passed still pending.
I require refund on their ticket system then get closed with no reply.
Fuck this cunt, don’t buy any shit on their site.
True true
VM is down and no ticket reply
beware my kvm is down for almost 3 weeks now. support is a joke.
I have two VPS with them. One is running. The other is down and won’t restart, reinstall etc..
Submitted ticket April 12, 2015 and still no response (except the canned response…)
I will not renew either of these. Just sayin’.
How are they doing these days? Worth coming back??
forget it I didn’t read first
We’ll keep our co-located and dedicated servers elsewhere thanks. If YOU need a VPS, cpanel/whm reseller, or website hosting provider please contact us. A link will be sent to you. We are not affiliated with Bluevm or any site advertised here.
Yeah they strictly don’t care about their customers anymore.
Worst hoster ever. Several long (days!) downtimes within the last months, support missing, hacks (several of websites, not mine, on their servers have been hacked/defaced).
Currently there they have a downtime of 2 weeks(!!!) and counting. Even their own website bluevm.com was down for a day or so. Support does not answer since a week.
