How come small 256MB Xen Specials has same monthly price as 2g and 1g Xen special?

I’ve used this company back in 2012 for half a year. Never had any downtime, the speed was also great. Never had to contact support, so can’t comment on their response speed. I don’t know how they are doing now, but I assume it’s still a great company.

the offers seem great, however i don`t quite understand why 1g offer has exactly the same price as the 2g one. does the former one has some certain advantages, say networking or something else？

Yes, Our AUP is almost the same but little changes. eg. We do not allow send bulk email, we do not allow Mining Software which may effect other VPSes

I contacted support asking if you were allowed to pen test on your OWN server, and their reply was
“NOT ALLOWED”
Seems kinda shady to me.
We’ve replied you that a one time IO performance test is allowed, but you meant like SSH bruteforcing, not allowed!

I have purchased a Window VPS,Cant Log in to it , VNC, RDP , or get no reply when Ping it, but got an email that say server is ready, with RDV/VNC credentials, opened tickets and updated no answer,support turnaround is very poor, 5 hours or more , can I recommend this service ? nnnnnnnnn
Their New York location has better peering than most providers I’ve found. Probably among my top 2 for east coast for peering with Europe.

For a few months now everytime I try to pay the bill I get an error that my IP adress is rejected. I tried with many different proxy and vps and always get this error. So it looks its dead and thats the best way they found to stop the service… blocking everybody out of the billing sytem. Hi5.
They email me for past few days saying to pay my bill or server will be deleted. But their site has been down for days.. Great way to do business..
These guys appear to be hard down….anyone have any insight?
Their support area is down and all our VPSs are down as well. I have no idea how to contact them!!
