90% of that is standard fare ToS-breaking stuff. The only thing I see that may warrant discussion are the IRC-related items, and that’s because some providers don’t want to deal with the drama nets may conjure up. Otherwise it’s an understandable list.

Hey Maurice. No offense, but I have to agree with Michael. That list is huge. It also indicates that they might be monitoring things a little too closely for my comfort. What’s wrong with Escrow? No Investment sites? No FOREX ? No gambling (still legal in most countries and Vegas). Not any gameserver? (I’m sure that one will go over really well). No IP Spoofing? Define spoofing? Everyone with a brain uses a VPN nowadays… Abusive language? So if my website has the F word on it, that’s a reason for cancelation?…. Seems like an oppressive host to me.

        • We do not allow open public vpn, private vps is allowed
We are not oppressive,we just do not want any troubles since we had enough in the past.
Tl.dr of the terms as long as we do not get complaints from law agencies or you are not abusing the node causing downtime for the others ,it is all fine.
Previously we had issues with a few people who will hog the node and cause down-times for others which is not acceptable. Also it is choice of the customers. We cannot change the tos for the abusers to suit their needs, they have many other hosts who will allow these. Those who wants stable services are welcome to try us :) In case of any doubts please email support@ftpit.com
