LEA (LowEndAdmin) is the original founder of LowEndBox and the visionary who gave rise to an entire movement around minimalist, efficient hosting. In 2008, LEA launched LowEndBox with a simple but powerful idea: that it was possible to run meaningful applications, web servers, VPNs, mail servers, and more – on small, low-cost virtual machines with minimal resources.
At a time when most infrastructure discussions were dominated by high-end servers and enterprise platforms, LEA championed the opposite approach: lightweight Linux distros, self-managed servers, open source software, and thoughtful optimization. This philosophy gave birth to the term “Low End Box”, which would come to define a new genre of hosting tailored to developers, tinkerers, and budget-conscious users around the world.
Through LowEndBox and its companion forum, LowEndTalk, LEA built the foundation for what would become one of the most active and enduring communities in the hosting world, prioritizing knowledge-sharing, transparency, and accessibility.
After several years of nurturing the site and community, LEA stepped away from active involvement, passing the torch to a new generation of admins, contributors, and moderators. Today, LEA remains a respected figure in the LowEnd ecosystem, credited with launching a platform and philosophy that continues to influence thousands of infrastructure providers and users globally.
LowEndBox’s legacy, and its thriving community, is a direct result of LEA’s original vision.
Anyone tried this??
$4 for 1 TB of bandwidth sounds pretty good. Is there any reason people aren’t jumping all over this?
30 day money back guarantee (excluding licensing), how could you not try. I honestly don’t know why we get poor results from offers at LEB, we get fairly good results from the same offers at WHT. If you don’t like it, no foul, simply ask for your money back, can’t please 100% of the people 100% of the time.
Well you have me interested. Is there an AUP/TOS I could take a look at? I poked around your website, but couldn’t find one. Specifically, I’d like to know if I could run a no-exit/relay TOR node. Thanks!
https://www.torproject.org/
Is this what you are refering to when you say TOR? Our TOS is http://hostigation.com/tos.html and it doesn’t limit what you can run other then the open ended we can terminate abusers of any kind, and have only had to terminate spammers and torrent clients that were not seeding the best content.
Seeding the best content? What do u mean? hahaha
Your Customer Testimonial says :
Hostigation hosting can not be beat. Server downtime is not an issue. Support turn around time is amazing, and no issue is too complicated to be resolved within hours if not sooner. Highly recommended by me to everyone that asks about reliable hosting without the hastles.

But when I traceroute SoaringEaglePTR.com it is hosted at Servint…
When I view SoaringEaglePTR.com, that is no longer the original site, and whois shows it is no longer the original owner. We’ve never solicited testimonials, so we do not receive them often. If you search WHT you will only find 1 thread with info about us, and it was a customer questioning our recommendation of adding ram to his VPS to resolve his issues, which he finally did and was again happy with his service. The majority of our business is currently dedicated servers, we are a small company but have a long history in the industry. What’s the old saying? No news is good news.
Okay, I’ll try for 15 days with them. If uptime and support is okay, I’ll continue.
Is activation instant?
Upon payment, yes it is instant activation. If email is a little slow, your details are displayed in WHMCS
I just ordered and start played with that!
I just wanted to post and say I signed up for this promotion (One of my nameservers is hosted on it) and the VPS is reliable and stable. I signed up for two more today to move some of my services from less reliable hosts to Hostigation. So far since I signed up on 2/28, the VPS I have with Hostigation is the most reliable out of several I have tried to find the best low-cost solution to meet the needs of my business.
so far so good, happy customer :)

Test IPs?
This is a very old listing, the most current here at LEB being http://www.lowendbox.com/blog/hostigation-3-128mb-kvm-in-los-angeles-or-rock-hill/ which has Test IP’s for Los Angeles and Rock Hill listed.
