Have been very hesitant with Hostmem. I love the design and everything looks good from a technical perspective – but most of the menus aren‘t translated yet (still in Chinese, for over a year now), this makes most actions unusable (even with translating features from Chrome). Also it‘s very unclear to me who is behind Hostmem, is it a Chinese company (that‘s totally fine as long as they adhere to all international laws and are transparent about it). I‘m a bit worries that they‘ll disappear as fast as they appeared…

But those are just my thoughts and the price is amazing 🤷‍♂️

    • Hi Jannks,
Thank you for sharing your honest opinion. HostMem is US capitalized company whose development team is in China. All our backend system was developed by our development team in China therefore you see Chinese words here and there. We will translate everything properly as soon as possible. We, like all other companies, wish to stay in the market as long as possible and delivery fair services to our clients and client like you make this possible! We sincerely appreciate your support!

Again, thank you for sharing your thoughts and we will keep working for the better!

Why is a part of the webside in English and the part where you have to pay in Chinese? I really would like to see, what the buttons do that I press on … especially if I enter my credit-card no.
