Would recommend these guys. Their support is quick. They solved my problem within 24 hours
Had this company. They suck. VPS was constantly going down for no reason. Never once explained to me why then claimed I was using ‘too many resources’ and terminated my VPS even though at the time the box had nothing but a blank CentOS install with Webmin and had not even been utilized especially after the constant downtime. Then they threatened to put me on Fraudlist.Com as a ‘bad customer’
If they gave this service away free it would still be worthless.
Thanks for sharing – I will avoid these guys for sure (I had been on the fence about trying them). They sound about as mature of a company as SolvedByData is haha No idea why these small guys love throwing around the fraud word every time someone calls them out on a problem – they can’t take accountability for their own garbage services and need to make it the customers problem somehow I guess.
Solved By Data… funny you mention them. Having the identical issue with them…VPS is just found down about every two to three days. Just to test I wiped and reinstalled just the OS from their build. Didn’t touch it after that. Two days later…down again. Both Colo Crossing resellers. Identical issue. Neither seems to care to do anything about it and I wonder how many others are having this issue with these hosts. It’s almost like there is a reseller build being used that has the same bug. Difference is with SBD I can go in and restart the VPS and it works. With these guys it would not come back up without work on their end. Very poor service. I flat out won’t do business with anyone who’s server tracks back to colo crossing because so far I’ve had one company just shut down without warning, one threaten to report me for fraud because I expect my service to work and two that can’t keep the VPS up for more than three days. Only one common denominator.
Hi,
(1) do you also include free IPv6, how many ?
(2) do you allow to set rDNS/PTR for IPv4 & IPv6 ? Direct port-25 in/out allowed ?
(3) do you give full-root access ?
(4) You specified your each physical-server has dual 1Gbps(one-giga-bit-per-second) uplink, right? Please give us approximate idea, HOW MANY 3GB/6GB/etc VPS/KVM/etc account will be SHARING your single physical-server ? what is the number of your total physical servers in your one server-center-office ? what is your one office’s MAX upload/uplink bandwidth/BW/speed into your ISP ? You have redundant ISP ?
(5) do you have a European branch ? are these plans available from Euro ? if yes, then what are the answer of (1)-to-(4) for that EU branch/plan/offer ?
Repeated outages late last year. It got to the point I opted to cancel the annual account after two months. I had to state it twice within the same ticket to cancel the account, they still didn’t do it. They responded with an “issue has been resolved” response and closed out the ticket.
You cannot remove your credit card information as a user. I requested cancellation on November 28th and reiterated my intent on December 3rd 2018, and am still showing active as of April 2019.
