In the first offer here they said:
“we have a special promo offer running at the minute: 3MONTH which gives you the first 3 month for £10.50”

Now is this one here “Quarterly Promo Code: newleb256octQU” recurring?

Also, how could this guy Tim from the other offer abuse the ressources? I thought with KVM you have fixed ressources. I would expect to be allowed to use the full 4 cores you offer me 24/7 as this is what the specs say. Can I expect this from your service or not?

    Best regards

Yes the offer is now recurring.

Your expectations would be wrong I am afraid, in a dual quad core you have 16 logical cores so for obvious reasons it is not possible to give 4 dedicated cores, all VPS’s are shared resource environments when it comes to IO be that disk or CPU.

Our terms to cover CPU use, the cores are given on an equal share basis, the previous abuse you are referring too from memory was a case of someone running 4 cores at 100% 24×7

So in short you cannot expect to be able to use 4 cores 100% of the time no, you can expect 4 cores on an equal share basis though.

Thank you for the statement. I doesn’t make the offer any worse, because it’s good to know that your company gives honest answers and as you said in the other offer you are first trying to resolve the problem of using high ressources together with your customer.

So, thanks a lot for your answer again.

  9. My review on their KVM box, first 96MB review for 2013!

    http://www.96mb.com/96mb-low-end-vps-review-part-62-necs/

In general, the disk I/O is pretty good for the KVM VPS and the network is not bad on continental Europe as well.

More a plug for your own review website, why not just write a meaningful review on the offer it applies to on the website it applies to ?

      • I am wondering why it would be considered as a meaningful review when I am reviewing the same offer, just bought it from WHT instead of LET :)
