those are very good benchmarks right?

Probably because the nodes are empty however, if these benchmarks stay like this then it would be excellent but i doubt it.

What’s your policy on IP scanning? I plan to do it constantly at 100kB/s. That’s equivalent to approximately 250GB/month, far below the offered 1500GB/month.

Don’t worry. I won’t be scanning government ranges or anything, just collecting emperical data. Completely legitimate.

  6. Hi, Sorry IP scanning is not something we would allow as this has the potential for complaints. Thanks

  9. Hi Tim,

Please accept our apologies if you have been dissatisfied with any of the services provided by NECS, as a Company we always strive to provide the highest quality of service and support to all our clients.

I am sure when you signed up for 4 servers, one after the other you where quite satisfied with the packages and the help and assistance you received.

It is important to remember that when you sign up for a VPS, you are in a shared environment and as per the terms and conditions you agreed to. You must not abuse the resources that are shared between all the clients on the node, which are not just for your servers to utilise at 100% continually.

I would like to point out also that while it is the policy of NECS not to overprovision our servers, it is equally our responsibility to protect all the clients on the node; you included, guaranteeing that everyone has a fair allocation to the resources you have commented, “are so precious”.

May I also remind you, that we asked you politely to address the abuse your servers were causing and gave you every opportunity to resolve this. We also did not cancel any of your services, but awaited your responsible action as a team player. It was your decision to cancel your servers and certainly not forced upon you.

I would recommend that the nature of your usage would be better suited to using your own dedicated server and a good place to look might be Kinsufi.

As a final note, NECS support over 4000 clients and have built the business on reputation and care for everyone we support. Our Company is not all about money as we have a genuine commitment to provide a quality service.

    Kind regards

I was trying to purchase one, but when checking-out, the form displayed an Apache error (Moved Permanently). After that, I couldn’t even see my order, and thus I could not purchase.

@NECS, It would be great if you could fix the page.

No, it’s still persisting. I get exactly this page after clicking the Checkout button:

      Moved Permanently

      The document has moved here.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

  12. Hi Elie,

Sorry you are still having difficulty completing your order, I have tested the order process form various locations and it is working ok, additionally we have received multiple orders since your last post which completed without problem. May I suggest a couple of things:
    1. Try the order for a different PC, it may be that the page you are seeing is cached on your system.
    2. Contact us directly and we will process your order a manually.

You can contact necs via email: support@necs.co.uk or phone +441912859999.

    Hope this helps
