Other than that complete fiasco we featured, Reliable Hosting Services are the only provider that we have featured hosting in Baltimore. Looking back at their previous offers, reviews have been pretty good.

I’ll be using this to replace my existing backup VPS, so I don’t really care much about anything past the disk space. 100GB for $3/mo is quite good.

    I used them for storage.
Live support (Jeff) is very nice.
Ticket support (Greg) is quick in responding and resolving request.
Few minor downtime, but is quite acceptable for me.

Unfortunately I had to move out because I needed bigger storage.

        • Since these machines are shared resources between whatever other customers are on the same hardware node, the disk speed may be a little different between which node you are on. If you are experiencing less than optimal speeds than what you desire simply submit a support ticket and request to be moved to another node. We try and monitor this very closely and not overload any of our 16 nodes, but sometimes another user can be effecting your performance at any given time and we would be happy to assist in making your experience the best possible.

usually it is 90MB/s like yours, but at this particular time it was a bit slower, and well I am always accurate, anyway I do not mind, and I am very satisfied with the performance. I must add that I have been with quite a few providers, even SSD powered ones, and well in the first days (maybe 1-2 weeks), until the node would fill up the I/O speeds would be amazing, but in time they started to decrease rapidly (saw a funny guy yesterday on letalk asking if 1MB/s I/O is good or bad) … so I prefer constant results than temporary amazing ones, I think one should be concerned more about uptime and network than disk I/O, and I think 65MB/s is a good result

    July 12, 2013 @ 2:35 am | Reply
    • Hi,

We do not allow torrent/seeding of files copyrighted in the U.S. If we find such files, we are required to delete all content and terminate the VPS as we then become aware that illegal content is being hosted.

  18. Mike Venture:

    Hello,

Hey there Jeff Martin sorry but I am a complete novice here however I need to buy vps hosting this week for the first time. I was wondering if the LEB3 come with thee cPanel control panel or do I have to pay extra? I have a little bit of experience with cPanel so that would be a good start. And how much extra would I have to pay for additional IPs? I have had a blog on Blogger/Blogspot for longtime now but I am moving to WordPress this week. I get good traffic but I think LEB3 will be more than enough but I am not sure of how much exactly I will need. Or what other features I will need with vps hosting security wise. In the future I plan on launching more blogs and a vBulletin forum or two and I have little to no idea how to manage security on my own vps so I am a bit worried about security, firewall, updates, backups, etc. Right now I am looking at Reliable Hosting Services and one other company with managed vps hosting. Reliable Hosting Services price and technical features are much better by the look of it but I was wondering if I should just bit the bullet and go with with the extra services the other guys seem to be offering with their whopper pricing. The other guys are offering unlimited monthly bandwidth, 2 GB guaranteed memory and 2 dedicated IP addresses for $44.95/mo or $34.95/mo if you buy a semi-annually package on their mid-tier managed vps plan. Their unlimited monthly bandwidth and some other features such as included cPanel and security on their services side are the things that are keeping me interested with them. Other than bandwidth everything about Reliable Hosting Services’ LEB3 is much better technically and the price is amazing so that is what is keeping me interested in you guys. What to do? Haha…

I’ve been with RHS most of the year, whenever I do use it, it’s been pretty much the most unreliable VPS I’ve ever had (network outages, just today server restarted no idea why). Cannot recommend. Will be looking into another provider soon. Ramnode is looking pretty good.

  34. Let’s move through some of the highlights of reseller and VPS hosting that will help you
to find the one that satisfies your needs. Whatever queries or problems
you face, you know that the solution is obviously
available in the net-world. In most case, like website design firms,
web developers or systems integrators have teir particular service plans and pricing structures.
You can sufficiently start your own small business reselling
with Just – Host’s reseller program. So, if you want to survive
within this business, you need something which can only be you.
Many customers look for any type of hosting which offers numerous features along with a wide array of resources at their disposal.
Your customers will need to get access for a products and services, and a great company name may help them remember where
to find you around the Internet. You will then use several marketing
techniques to publish your Website inside the respective area to attract a flow of web traffic that comes seeking further information. Reseller hosting
in India is now a very coveted and sought after internet hosting service.
There is usually a big chance to earn even though youu can find so many competitors in the
    online market.
