ReverseHosts have been around for about a year now, having been founded in September 2012. We have previously featured this Michigan based host twice before. Since we last featured ReverseHosts, they have launched a brand new website. Personally I preferred their old one, how about you? They’re using servers with Xeon processors, at least 16GB RAM and numerous SSD’s in RAID 1 or RAID10. They have a cool public network status page, which shows pretty good uptime figures. Previous reviews have tended to be good, although on their last post a few Chinese users had some software issues.

ReverseHosts currently only accept payments via Paypal. They do not have a refund policy, but if you state your case why you’d like one, then they’ll consider it. Additional IPv4 addresses are charged at $2 each per month. These servers are unmanaged and will be setup instantly. VPNs allowed. Private Proxies allowed. Adult Content (18+) allowed. Anything illegal in the state of California and in the USA is not allowed. For more information, take a look at their Terms of Service.

    They’re horrible – avoid them!

I opened a ticket to figure out why my VPS was unreachable, 3 hours later i get a VPS suspension notification with the reason “incoming dos”. After that their billing panel went offline for quite a few hours so I had no way to contact them again. Once their whmcs was back up, I asked if it’s possible to unsuspend it at some point but; “Unfortunately I will not be able to unsuspend your VPS as per datacenter rules.”

So if you’re being DoSed just once your VPS stays suspended forever. Sounds great!
