Kind regards,
Simon – SKB Enterprise
You say that these systems are KVM and then list swap space. Surely, if this is a KVM I can set up my own swap any size I want. What am I missing here?
For consistency, please consider tagging this post ‘Netherlands’ instead of ‘The Netherlands’.
Then it also shows up in the NL result of the “Other Locations” section at the main page.
IPv6 available for these servers?
Yes we provide a /64 IPv6 subnet with each VPS
I am about to move away from my current VPS host, as I have cancellation period of 12 month, which is quite annoying.
How works the cancelation process of SKB-Enterprise.com and which timeline has to be followed?
And yes – very, very nice offers!
Hello,
We don’t have cancellation periods for VPS. You can cancel any time you want.
So when I take a 3 month billing cycle, I can end every three month, as everything is payed beforehand? Am I correct?
I ask this specifically, as my current VPS only let’s me cancel on a yearly basis with 3 month cancelation period – which is more than a bit annoying.
You are correct.
I bought a server with skb-enterprise for 140 Euros September 15th contacted them after a few days and they said it will take a week, to date the status is still pending and nothing has been done.
I asked for a refund and they closed my ticked and the 2nd one still shows up as open without any answer do not buy anything from skb-enterprise so far it has been a big big SCAM.
I got an X1 VPS from SKB Enterprise for the posted price and so far I’ve been happy with their offer.
Haven’t had to do with their customer service so I can’t give any feedback on that.
skb-enterprise big SCAM! escapes from the market
