The 4GB plan is just awesome, using it since few days. Support is real quick and available round the clock. 100% 1vcpu is allowed and it is faster than having 4vcpu shared.

There is nothing wrong in this and it is standard
With an uptime of “89.9% or below”, also known as 0%, I’d expect an exact, 1:1 refund for every single second lost, or simply an evidently higher amount of my time than has been wasted.
The actual standard for hosts is to promise to “handle refunds on an individual basis”, which I strongly believe to be a much better offer than a specified refund of a single month’s 15%, and once that makes me become a hassle for the Very Elite Customer Support™®©, they simply kick me out, with no further refunds of course.
Now, I have a VPS at an actually reputable host, and guess what? Its IPv4 address was on exactly 2 blacklists last time I checked, just because of it not being, until recently, configured to send mail. A perfect reason to get rid of inconvenient customers.
Finally, they reserve the right to get rid of a customer (or simply remove their access to the VPS, after all “it’s there, just no IP addresses are assigned to it, sir”) with no reasons given whatsoever. Awesome offer, indeed.
VaporNode, if this isn’t the impression your marketing people are trying hard to make towards anyone who actually refuses to install inefficient junk with evil EULAs (aka anyone going to install Linux), you know what to do.

Coupon code “F8X0T6K8QT5” didn’t work for 4GB KVM VPS. I am trying to get 4GB KVM VPS with Windows 2012 OS.
I contacted their support 2 days ago, they said coupon for 4GB is expired and not being replenished.
Wish they would communicate that to LEB or have a proper error on their site instead of “coupon cannot be applied”
