They are one of the worst ever hosting provider I have ever seen, their servers are very cheap, they over sell, almost 22 hours out of 24 their servers are down, team is so lazy to respond to emails. It takes them 2-3 days to reply to emails. Very greedy for money, worst ever hosting company, I would never ever in my life recommend them.
Seems like some novice who is a kid started this off by buying server from a cheap datacenter and selling after virtualization.
No technical knowledge and is very very poor service provider. I would not at all recommend anyone to deal with them and would also suggest lowendbox to blacklist them.
These kind of providers only soil the reputation of such great platform like lowendbox

1. has a poor support with arrogant Ben D.
2. stable everyday 30-60min very slow disk i/o.
3. bad settings of node firewall that block ip’s answered to requests initiated from node guest’s
But very cheap with high performance

I have sent a ticket to the support desk because of a simple payment issue. The ticket has not been answered yet after 28 hours which gives me very little trust in their reliability. I am not recommending vmbox.co.
Nearly 48 hours later, apparently the ticket is closed unanswered and account is removed. The question was a polite one regarding payment(method), nothing angry or super-duper overly complicated. Seriously, screw these people.

Wow, I read all these bad comments and reviews, but the fact is – that this is one of the most reliable VPS provider (when it comes to server stability, and uptime). Sure, the support isn’t the fastest, but what would you expect with these prices? It’s not like they can hire a dozen of supporters, to answer your questions 24/7. I’ve got my tickets replied to, with good and precise answers. Nothing less, nothing more. They give you what you ask for, and I say it again – they have always replied with an answer for my question(s). I’m not sure what you’re talking about when you’re talking about their servers being down a lot, and what not. I’ve had my VPS for a little over a year now, and I haven’t had much to complain on. There was a short network outage, maybe 1-2 hours, I can’t recall – but that’s it. And the server was still running when the net came back up. So please, stop whining. If you think you’re going to get 24/7 full management support, you’re kidding yourself, and should go to some other provider and pay 10 times as much for a 24/7 support, for your rookie questions.
