More than one year use VMBox and i have something to say

    1. has a poor support with arrogant Ben D.
    2. stable everyday 30-60min very slow disk i/o.
    3. bad settings of node firewall that block ip’s answered to requests initiated from node guest’s

But very cheap with high performance

  8. I have sent a ticket to the support desk because of a simple payment issue. The ticket has not been answered yet after 28 hours which gives me very little trust in their reliability. I am not recommending vmbox.co.

Nearly 48 hours later, apparently the ticket is closed unanswered and account is removed. The question was a polite one regarding payment(method), nothing angry or super-duper overly complicated. Seriously, screw these people.

Some notes on commenting on LowEndBox:

  • Do not use LowEndBox for support issues. Go to your hosting provider and issue a ticket there. Coming here saying "my VPS is down, what do I do?!" will only have your comments removed.
  • Akismet is used for spam detection. Quoting webhostingtalk.com URL seems to get binned consistently here, but I do peek into the spam box frequently to publish those comments.
