In terms of a US location yes, Las Vegas will provide good connectivity. Of course, the latency isn’t comparable to you having a VPS in the same country as where you’re located.
West coast generally has good latency to Asia. Sometimes it is better compared to an Asian country connecting to another vps in Asia. E.g. Philippines to LV is better than Philippines to Singapore.
Plus, it is more economical to get a VPS in the US rather than in Asia. You get more resources for the same money you will spend on a vps in Asia

Its not working well for me. the main poblem is the vps control panel not loading. The templates dont work as supposed either. Also, I didnt get the double ram . Its unusable atm.

i order 256MB KVM,actually i have join they test activity,feel speed good then buy one with £7.5,in August,my vps ip was blocked by GFW,open a ticket but they said ‘Not my responsibility’,so i can only give up the vps,so this is my experience.
