Daniel from Yourwebhoster.eu emailed me last week about their special discount for LowEndBox readers — €3 off their VPS 2 plan making it €4.95/month (excluding VAT, which you would need to pay if you are in UK/EU and not exempted). That’s equivalent to USD$6.97 at the moment so I better post it now just in case USD drops again. Coupon code is lowendvps, and here is a direct link to order VPS 2.
- 256MB memory/512MB swap
- 30GB storage
- 200GB/month data transfer
- Xen/SolusVM
Servers with Alphen DC in the Netherlands. IPv6 on request. Domain has been registered since May 2008. They were first listed on LowEndBox last May, and Daniel Koop is still running the show there. From recent WHT threads it seems that they have picked up the game, contrary to a previous comment.

As weservit have serious plans to move away from Datahouse Alphen a/d Rijn datacenter/Netrouting network till the end of this year I wondering if Yourwebhoster.eu will move with them too as they host servers in weservit rack. Maybe Daniel Koop can clarify this?
No discount coupon for there 128MB plan?
yourwebhoster* doesnt use weservit anymore as far as i know.
I’ve been using Yourwebhoster for about a year now, and they left Netrouting/AlphenDC a long time ago.
Now hosted at Serverius (AS 50673); much more reliable than before

Any port speed information? I always feel like I am posting spam when I ask this, but it is pretty important…
Hi guys,
@Spirit we’ve moved from Netrouting and the datacenter due the bad experiences with the network. Unlike now we had every week network problems (not all clients were affected by this, some IP ranges were down etc). The network uptime has improved significantly.
@SwordfishBE Currently not, however €4.95 for a VPS 2 plan is a great deal I think.
@AndreaStella Thank you for your feedback!
@wcdolphin Not at all! The servers are connected with a 1 Gbit uplink to the core servers, if you need more information you can always open a ticket or request it here (although I don’t guarantee that I’ll always reply here).
PS use the URL https://www.yourwebhoster.eu/cart.php?a=add&pid=88&promocode=lowendvps¤cy=2 for USD. Note that the VAT is included, when you register as non-European client or an European client with a vat no. the VAT will be removed.
They’ve been great for the several months I’ve used them, and things have only improved since the switch to Serverius. Definitely one of the few decent EU hosts. :)
@Daniel It’s a great deal! But it’s not low-end enough for me :)
do you allow irc use?
I was going to go check for you but I don’t see any AUP on their site. Closest thing I see is a Terms of Service link in their footer which leads to a failed Google translation of a pdf.
@sharief IRC is allowed
@drmike The Terms URL is working for me, a translated version will come later but if you still have questions you can always open a support ticket.
Google gives me an error. May be because I’m forcing the secure connection over at Google.
Just use http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=nl&sl=auto&tl=en&u=http://yourwebhoster.eu/Algemene%2520voorwaarden.pdf
This is without SSL, it should work.
About the translation; it works. A translated version will be added later, we’re planning to do some changes at the website including a proper translation.
Daniel, you may want to give this a read:

I use public wifi 99% of the time and the plugin stays on.
Thanks though for the response.
And *sigh* I don’t think I should have to open up a ticket for something that should be on your website.
