According to the “FAQ” tab on their VPS page, the servers are in Kansas City MO, i.e. likely to be with Joe’s Datacenter or Wholesale Internet. These guys have been in business since December 2008. It is part of “RLS Business Solutions”, which list out other sites in the network. You can also search for “M Bacon” on WHT for owner’s posts. If I am going for nitpicking, argh yes that same web site template from Payton Designs that have also been graced here multiple times in the past. Registrant details are also hidden behind WHOIS privacy. And non-redundant name server. Sigh.

Look on the bright side, at least they don’t have advertising for male-enhancement products on their front page, like a “host” (one-college-student “business”) I recently spotted at WHT.

Yes. It is Joe’s Datacenter but I personally buy the dedicated servers at Joe’s Datacenter to make my own plans and manage my own servers. You do get one free month with this offer as well.
If our site and domain ever goes down(I doubt it will), you can always go to http://rlsdomains.myorderbox.com/ to manage your domain name.

Why not? Why do we have to show our information to the public? It doesn’t mean that we cannot provide good service.
@Michael – For what it’s worth, WHT requires it to watch out for recurring fraud companies. Maybe you can offer just as good of a service as the rest of us, but I know I would personally think “If this company is hiding their identity, what else are they hiding?”

True but couldn’t they always fake it and put a name,different address, phone number, etc?

Information on the WHOIS is just one of the metrics to check for potentially shady companies. In some countries and if you are trading online as a company, you are required to present your relevant registration info somewhere in the footer so the consumers would know who are they dealing with. They know that it is possible to pass the info to industry ombudsman if something does not work out.
With that in mind, trading with an unknown business online that has all the public info hidden can be seen as “dangerous”.
Good points but a lot of site have WHOIS hidden. I am afraid if I accidentally made a mistake somebody would come after me at my location or steal my identity if they could and use it for malicious purposes. I don’t want spam or people call me at 3am while other people are “working” on the issue at the ticket system either. I guess I could take the ringer off but it looks bad if I can’t answer the phone.
I guess I could get a 800 number but I would rather wait until business gets better.
@Michael – You should get a telephone system where calls are circulated to all your support staff in the system.
Anyway – I think it’s a legal requirement to show your who-is data when trading in certain places.

No. Torrent Clients are not allowed. I finally got the IPs & I am adding them now to the VPS Node.
We got a new vps node and have new plans. We don’t use Solus VM anymore. We have fully tested this as well and we have installed Virtualizor instead.
