PDQServer has reached out to us again with KVM offers that are targeted for Low End Box visitors and have special discounts. The plans start at $4.50 a month out of their US Datacenter. They also have a Germany Datacenter with KVM plans starting at $5.00 a month.
Their WHOIS is public and they have been featured on LEB before. You can find their ToS/Legal Docs here. They accept PayPal and Bitcoin as payment methods.
