i like prometeus,super stable !
i’m using PROMETEUS for more than one year. Definitely the best VPS i ever bought. Fast, stable, very good network and with a great support too.

Buyvm comes first, no need to state the reason. They do their best and their vps is really multiplication. I can run a wine application on it while another did not allow(low source use application). I have another as a backup server for othere websites.
Hostigation: super stable, $30/year for 512M ram vps is extremely worthy.
Chicagovps: they’ve been really the LOW-END-BOX. They price is unbelievable. I have three vps with them, so far so good!
buyvm, hostigation, chicagovps, urpad, 123systems. These are providers I’ve been(Only three I recommend: b,h,c).

urpad and 123systems are not in my vote list. I will give 1 to 123systems and 6 to urpad while 10 to buyvm and 10 to hostigation(10 is the best).
I did not say they are rubbish, but I have to say they are not good enough for daily use. I had 2 128ram VPS and 1 1GB ram VPS with them. 128ram VPS was stable(around 98% monthly uptime). The 1GB ram VPS went offline and all the data was lost from time to time(could not boot the system), and the time on VPS was wrong. With openvz, I had to open ticket everytime and wait for a long time.
URPAD had a “everything-limited” TOS which makes their VPS nothing different from sharehosting. However, I really have to say their VPS is amazing stable. If you want to host website, urpad is a good choice.
LEB Providers I have been with for more than 2 years and I’m satisfied:
RamHost, BuyVM, Cloud3k (Virtually Dedicated), HudsonValeyHost, AllSimple
Other good providers I have good time with :
BlueVM, 123Systems, & HostZoom
Other good providers I had good time with :
Edis, SemoWeb, QuickWeb, IPXCore
My payment options are only Google Wallet & Moneybookers, which limits my options.
No doubt Prometeus will be in the top3 again! :D

Bluevm is pretty good , specially with their new year packages. Stability is as good as prometeus. I have 3 with Bluevm and 1 with prometeus and find them equally stable but have faster bandwidth
I don’t have a LET account so this isn’t a “vote”, but:
1) IPXCore, my two VPS’s with them have been fine since the temporary disruption surrounding their unplanned server move last year. I get better network transfer speed from them than I’ve ever seen from any other LEB, and they are very responsive to support tickets and willing to accommodate weird requests. I don’t think they’re at the bleeding edge technologically but they’ve done heroic things to mitigate errors and Also a big plus, they are able to bill ordinary credit cards directly through Stripe instead of requiring people to sign up with intermediary processors like Paypal and Google. I’ve had Paypal-related hassles with two different hosts so I’m now assigning extra points to companies that have their act together enough to handle normal card payments.
2) OVH, I have the KS1 dedicated server at Beauharnois, Quebec for $39 a month and it’s been working great including the network bandwidth. Customer support response has also been fine despite what some people say. In second place because 1) Paypal-only for now, which caused me some problems, and 2) relative inflexibility of rental periods (you have to rent a full month at a time, can’t swap stuff around like most VPS plans). I’m going to upgrade to one of their bigger boxes soon but will have to schedule it to give myself enough migration time while avoiding paying too long for two boxes. Note: OVH’s French operation can handle French credit cards, and OVH customer support told me by email that they have some alternatives to Paypal in the works.
3) Prometeus:
nuff said.
Honorable mention: I thought I’d mention Uptano.com though I’m not sure if it qualifies as LEB. You get a quad core Xeon L5420 dedicated server with 8GB ram for 12 cents an hour. Extended to a full month that’s around $86 which is way outside the LEB limit, but the thing is if you have a short-term requirement (spike in your site traffic, or an occasional CPU-intensive task like data analysis), they’re fine with renting you the server for (say) 5 hours and charging you a whopping 60 cents. They also have 8 core 16gb servers for .25/hour. This is better than EC2 or Rackspace since you really do get a dedicated box and aren’t affected by other people’s activity on a shared node. You get 2TB of included monthly (protrated) traffic with the small box or 5TB with the big one. Warning: excess traffic is very expensive, so plan accordingly.
Neutral: BuyVM IMHO continues to be the technically strongest and most innovative of the regular LEB hosts, but I think is a little too willing to disrupt people’s operations with over-frequent and annoying TOS changes. I had to move about 500GB of storage from BuyVM to OVH when BuyVM started requiring verified Paypal at the beginning of this year. I blame this specific headache more on Paypal than on BuyVM, but I see disruption due to policy changes as not really different from disruption due to servers crashing. Both are unavoidable to an extent, but both should be minimized and I think BuyVM is (for reasons that come across as well-intended but a bit confused) using a different approach that IMHO doesn’t give enough consideration to the issue. So I’m staying with alternatives for now.
