GigsGigsCloud is another host that did not send us a ticket. It was suggested by one of our LowEndBox reader when we last featured a Hong Kong offer. We thought that it is a good idea to listen to the community and use one of their recommendations. Here is a plan from their website that matches the LEB criteria. It has the same pricing for both Hong Kong and Malaysia locations.

GigsGigsCloud.com is a division by Techavenue International Ltd. Their website states that they have been into web hosting business for more than 10 years. The domain of GigsGigs.com has been created last 2004, but techavenue.hk and gigsgigscloud.com were registered only this year. Host nodes uses L5639 and E5-2620 CPUs and SAS drives in RAID10 configuration. Port speed is 100Mbps shared and soft limit of 10Mbps per VPS. Personally, I would take their claims with a grain of salt. But we would appreciate if our readers, that has experience with this host, share their thoughts on the comments section below.
The VPS offer supports TUN/TAP and PPTP. Only Paypal is the supported payment method for the moment. Their terms of service seems very strict and no refund policy is in place. If you are interested to try their service, kindly read their Terms of Use and Acceptable User Policy carefully before making any purchase.

$6/mo for 512MB, a whopping 10Mbps, no swap, a single core, and a pitiful 10GB? There are high-dollar VPS providers offering better deals than this…
Not in Hong Kong.
And not in Malaysia. Currently the cheapest VPS provider in Malaysia spec wise. I use them before, decided to leave because of no swap. Fortunately they do read your cancellation reason and add swap for me.
is VAt compulsary? I am from India
I use the openvz for 2 month and the kvm 1 month
Their openvz VPS’s disk performance is terrible\
and the kvm? most of the templates did not work properly – you can not ssh to the server by the password they give to you
Why do you post all these, is there any problem that you see?
Not at all.
Just to clarify: “techavenue.hk and gigsgigscloud.com were registered only this year” but techavenue.net was registered in 2002 and techavenue.my in 2008.
Dead now?
The site is not dead, still operational .
AS of today there is nothing available for less that USD$38 per month.
Extremely shitty support along with service, Support staff spoke chinese when replying me.
My service was faulty upon purchase, and was not fixed despite posting a support ticket 3 days prior.
Furthermore, support took almost 5 days to resolve my issue.
Other notes:
– Did not compensate their service downtime
– Never refunded
