  • 500GB/month data transfer

          The largest mistake LEA has made ever – I don’t really think they have 10Gbit connection with every server :p

    • Actually I’m still trying to figure that out. Maybe you mean uplinks as in their connection to the net?

    I wonder why existing users get sent a email with 45% one-off discount only, instead of recurring discount. One of the reason stopped me from ordering one before.

    Also I would like to ask a question, does “2x Their Dedicated RAM” includes the one-time addon? Say if I add another “512MB Dedicated RAM – ($27.95 USD One Time)” would I get (512+256)x2?

    @Andrew

    Do you have a time frame for server upgrade / maintanance / reboots etc? Thanks.

    • Only if the issues are not listed as ‘critical’ if the issues are issues that need to be resolved ASAP then you are only given at most an hour time frame in advance (EG: kernel exploits/etc)

      Other than that we give clients atleast an 12-24 hour time frame

    Thank you Andrew, it’s already been progressing for you though I am not totally satisfied. I think you need to make it clear to your customers very clearly. For me bottom line is 24 hours for timing problem.

    • Please open a ticket and inform them that you have not received this, They will check the order to verify the comment was added and then add the addons for you.

    • Hi,

      LR was supported a few months back, The gateway simply had no functionality to do anything with the funds inside your LR account so in the end we had no choice but to remove the gateway as it was more frustration than needed.
