LowEndBox - Cheap VPS, Hosting and Dedicated Server Deals

BigBrainHost - $4.89 384MB OpenVZ VPS Exclusive Offer

BigBrainHost Brian from BigBrainHost emailed me about their exclusive offer for the LowEndBox readers. Use coupon code leb30 to get 30% off recurring discount on their OpenVZ Unamanged VPS products. So their VPS-U1 now costs $4.89/month which has

  • 384MB guaranteed/1024MB burstable memory
  • 10GB storage
  • 1TB/month data transfer
  • OpenVZ/SolusVM

Note that BigBrainHost (who acquired AgniHost) is a Virpus reseller although Brian did mention that they are looking for their own dedicated servers. They also have Xen VPS of similar spec which are $1/month more expensive, nor does the 30% off coupon code apply. I guess for majority of readers at LowEndBox they might prefer Xen over OpenVZ — so even a $1 discount to bring it to under $7 would be appreciated. How does that sound Brian? :)

  13. cchi,

For OpenVZ you may use the link on our website… we have plenty of those left! They are upgradeable as well.

If you are looking for Xen, use this http://my.bigbrainhost.com/cart.php?a=add&pid=39 link: as we are currently out of stock on the Xen offer listed on LEB. That has 1TB/Month transfer on a 100MBit port.

If you have any questions. feel free to contact me directly, brian@bigbrainhost.com and I’ll be ure to take care of your needs. :)

    Can’t believe it.
I buy a VPS of them and find its network speed too slow. Then I request refund according to their 7 days money back policy(marked by their website) by a ticket. 24 hours later. No any reply.

then I log on and found the ticket have been deleted without any reason. Then I submit once more. They just deleted it again. Is it suitable with this type of behavir? I don’t much care about the money but I just wonder their action style~~~. Let me know if have any misunderstanding.

  21. The Sales and Billing Departments are closed on the weekends. We do apologize for that. As far as your ticket being deleted, we have been switching to a new helpdesk over the weekend, and that may have been the cause for it. I’m on my mobile at the moment, but as soon as I get into the office, I will take care of that for you, and investigate why the tickets were deleted, renguoshi.

  23. Sorry,

renguosho – didn’t realize your last comment was to cancel. Your refund was issued this morning. Sorry for the delay, our sales / billing offices only operate during the week (m-f). Tickets weren’t delete, just weren’t converted over to the new Help Desk system yet.

We are sorry to see you go and hopefully we will do business again in the future.
