I bit and tried the 12.99/yr one.
Not impressed so far.
Image was 12.0 Debian, so quite a few updates to latest minor 12.8.
Network speeds are about 10Mbit, not really that useful for much.

The network speed is limited to 10 Mbps, making the server practically unusable. The sales description clearly stated a 1 Gbps port with premium bandwidth, not a restricted one.

The replies of tickets are very quick. The machine configuration is also good. You can buy unlimited traffic in Los Angeles at this price. After I got it, I tested the IP and found that the IP was also very clean. Generally speaking, the quality of the IP of this kind of machine with unlimited traffic is not very good, which is a bit surprising. The disadvantage is that the machine configuration says 1G bandwidth, but in fact it runs the same as other guys in the comment area, only 10Mb, but it can be restored to normal level by issuing a work ticket, and it is still possible to run 300 or 400Mb/s. Overall, it is still a very satisfactory purchasing experience. I don’t know how it will be used in the future. I wish the merchant a prosperous business, and love comes from China. (I used Google Translate, I hope it can keep my original meaning)
