WARNING: BoltVM appears to be running by automation alone, abandoned by the single person who ran it. If you are able to successfully order, you will be losing money unless you chargeback. If you are able to receive service, note that it is by automation of their system and the service will eventually stop working. Do not order from BoltVM.

Steven, from BoltVM, is back with another offer for all the LowEndBox readers. There are two plans included that uses KVM virtualization in four US locations: Los Angeles California, Dallas Texas, Piscataway New Jersey, and Miami Florida. The coupon code DDoSFree gives 30% off their regular prices.

What makes this offer special is that plans include DDoS mitigation in all four locations. That is indeed very hard to find with other host. As frequently requested by community members, we are glad to inform that IPv6 is supported as well as bitcoin payments.

Hurricane 512

Hurricane 1024

Host node for the plans are using E3-1230 v3 or better CPU, 32GB RAM, 4 x 1 TB HDDs in Hardware RAID10, 1 Gbps Network Uplink, and 10 Gbps Native DDoS Mitigation.

BoltVM is a DediCube LLC. company registered in Wyoming. You may check the details of their registration here. I have two OpenVZ VPS on boltvm, both up for 136 days, host a few very low traffic wordpress sites on one vps, all working, so it worth the price.
But ioping test result could be “11455 iops, 44.7 mb/s” or “30 iops, 0.1 mb/s” in less than one minute.

My VPS randomly shut down so I sent a ticket on the 6th of this month and to this day, they have never replied. My VPS is down again a few days ago and still down. Nobody is home.

I have the same thing as the guys above. VPS was down last week for about a day, and since yesterday again for about a day. No replies at all on any ticket, and no other way to contact them.

I feel lucky that I made a backup of the database I have running on their VPS. Because this looks like a company that is going out of business.

Is this place still in business? MY VPS hasn’t worked for a couple of weeks and their customer service appears absent.

They used to have a great response time

So is this official, BOltVM is OOB?

Have 3 open tickets for some days and no reply… and yes, my VPS was shutdown by no reason and can’t bring it up.

It is now certain BoltVM has gone out of business, or absconded with the money. My 3 annual prepaid BoltVM VPS (2 New Jersey, 1 Los Angeles) have been down for weeks. Open Tickets have been ignored. No notice, no warning, no opportunity to recover files. Disputes opened with merchants, implication is Bolt is OOB. We have been screwed.

I’m requesting lowendbox staff to update these BoltVM posts and make sure there are no active links to BoltVM or any other services offered now or in the future by Stephen Finkiel or Dedicube LLC.

Hello! I ordered two days ago, and paid and the service is not active. I left and ticket and so 2 days no answer. So I recommend you do not buy here, in case of a major problem not to have support.

    Stay away from BoltVM!
They never answer any ticket, even you already pay for services.
I lost my money too for their bad services I have paid.
