Update April 2009: Now it says “We are no longer taking any new customers”. FAIL.
Spotted this New Zealand VPS provider, Codev Technology, who has OpenVZ-based VPS hosting from $6/month. You get
- 64MB guaranteed / 128MB burstable
- 1GB storage
- 1Mbps unmetered
Their website is hosted on a server in Vancouver so I assume the VPS’s will be hosted there as well. Their website is incomplete and very limited, and I cannot seem to be able to find a way to make an order. $10 once off setup fee applies to all VPS — which is unique in VPS hosting industry (but not in a good way).
