LowEndBox - Cheap VPS, Hosting and Dedicated Server Deals

Europhase - £50/Year 256MB Xen VPS in UK Exclusive Offer

Europhase Thomas from Europhase UK Ltd emailed me this exclusive offer for the LowEndBox readers. It’s a bit dealer — at £5/month it usually would not be listed here (GBP/USD has to drop to 1.40 circa early 2009 level). You have to make annual payment which gives you 2 months free, at £50/Year (~USD$6.73/month). Use this direct sign up link to make purchase. This VPS hosting plan comes with

  • 256MB memory/512MB swap
  • 2x CPU core (on quad-core Xeons)
  • 10GB storage (RAID10)
  • 150GB/month data transfer
  • Xen PV or HVM/SolusVM

Test IP trace route to OHTele in UK. Europhase has been in operation for 2 years and their website has not missed a bit since I started tracking them in May.

    Hi,
I have been with europhase past 6~7 months. Excellent Service. only 1 downtime (that was because of Rapidswitch Scheduled Maintenance ) and they also offered to move my vps to a new node in another DC for Free, if i needed. Support is really good and no automated answer. Highly recommend.

A Question for Thomas and/or LEA : I don’t see the test IP in this page. can you please provide it?

  4. Hello.

Just a quick update to say that yes, we can offer the above plan on OpenVZ also.
We have had a few e-mails from people requesting this.

Just mark it in the order notes and we will take care of the rest.

    Cheers

With HVM, you can load your own OS

    • With Hardware virtualization, you install an Operating System (Linux/Windows) from CDROM just as if it is a physical machine so you are not limited by what templates the provider has. There is a BIOS, there is a VGA display (VNC/SDL), there are emulated IDE and RTL8139 network chipsets.

Xen HVM also speaks directly to the CPU instead of relying on the Xen hypervisor to do everything.

Well It seems pretty cool especially having XenHvm with the ability of your own iso install.
But it is a day that I need to hear from their sales or support to hast out some offer and as you could see there is hard to contact them basically you could not sign In and put your ticket normally
I tried mailing them and it does not work either
I hope I can come back soon and post an awesome review!.
